1 Minute Walk to the Beach - Arrawarra Point Guest Suite

Our funky Guest Suite, just 60 meters from the beach, offers the perfect coastal getaway.
Please note: Property Owners live upstairs and have a separate entry/staircase at the back of the property.

Our Guest Suite offers lovely ocean views, and a large front verandah for entertaining and relaxing.
With a variety of recreational activities at your doorstep, you're in for an unforgettable vacation.
Guests have their own private entry at the front of the property, and will have full use of the downstairs suite, plus exclusive use of the front downstairs verandah. There are no shared internal spaces.

There are three bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed with TV.
Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed, with access to a jack-and-jill bathroom, shared with Bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds.
The living room has a large TV with Chromecast, WiiU console & games, DVD player with selection of movies.
Ensuite between Bedrooms 2 & 3 has a good-sized shower.
Main bathroom features shower-in-tub, plus clothes washer.
Kitchen has a full sized stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave and espresso machine.
Fold down gate-leg table with 6 stacking chairs are available for inside dining.
The spacious covered verandah has a chaise lounge, table and benches suitable for dining for 6, and Weber BBQ.
Arrawarra Headland has a public boat ramp and day parking for boat trailers.

We had a great stay. Location was excellent! Right near the beach. Well set out and everything we needed available, with a great use of space. The fabulous deck area got some good use, especially at sunset. Val and Simon were friendly and easy host with good communication. Thanks! Would recommend.
