The Space:

With the heated swimming pool across the front door (available from October to Easter) and Taupo’s vibrant town centre, marina, boat ramp, restaurants and cafes, all within easy walking distance, this location truly has it all.



Inside, the home is thoughtfully laid out across three levels. On the ground floor, you will find a 9.5 mtrs (with internal access) garage, as well as laundry facilities.



The middle level is dedicated to rest and relaxation, featuring two spacious bedrooms. One room includes a queen bed, sofa bed, and TV, and opens onto a sunny paved patio with street access, perfect for your morning coffee or evening wine. The second bedroom offers a king bed, a second TV, and an ensuite bathroom with two access doors to service both bedrooms.



Upstairs, the top floor opens to a light-filled living space with floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase elevated views of the river, marina, and lake. The open-plan design flows from the comfortable lounge and dining area to a well-equipped kitchen that makes dining in a breeze. There is also a third bedroom on this level with a queen bed and access to a small balcony, plus a second bathroom for added convenience.



A heat pump and air conditioning in the leaving area ensure you are comfortable year-round, while electric blankets on all beds and panel heaters in all bedrooms, keep things cozy in the cooler months.



Families travelling with little ones are well catered for too, with a portacot, highchair, and baby gate available. However, due to the multi-level layout and internal stairs, the apartment may not be suitable for very young children or guests with mobility issues.

Stay 3 Nights, Pay for 2!



Valid Sunday–Thursday this month only. Excludes weekends, public holidays, and school holidays. Free night must be requested when booking. You will need to book the first two nights, and we will reserve the third one separately for you to enjoy.



Guest Rules:



No parties, smoking, or pets.

Keep noise indoors and minimal after 10 pm.

Charging of electric vehicles or batteries is not permitted at the apartment.



Amenities:



Highchair & cot available on request (cot bedding not provided).

Starter kit of essentials: Tea, coffee (instant), sugar, oil, salt & pepper, milk, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, rubbish bags, shampoo & body wash, hand wash, toilet paper.

Professional linen provided and one body towel per guest (no facecloths).

The shared swimming pool is heated to 26°C from 1st October until the end of Term 1. Please bring your own pool towels, as these are not provided.

There are two designated carparks in the garage. Shared guest parking is limited, so additional vehicles and trailers must be parked on the street outside the complex.
