• The property is split-level, so there are a few small flights of stairs

• There is a bit of a trick to parking both cars in the garage (i.e. they have to be reversed in)

• The garage is large but does have a height restriction. Those with very high/oversized 4WDs that are over 2M high will need to park on the street.

• There are a dog and a cat that normally live in the property. It will be professionally cleaned, but those with severe allergies should be aware of this before booking.

• This is the owner's primary home. There may be non-perishable items left in the pantry for guests' usage, and some cupboards may also contain personal items.
