We had a pleasant 2-night stay and slept very well throughout our visit. The property was clean, located in a quiet suburban street, and conveniently close to amenities. A supermarket was only a 3-minute drive away, while South Point Tuggeranong shopping centre was around a 10-minute drive.The kitchen was fully equipped, including a dishwasher and cleaning supplies, making meal preparation easy. There was also a full laundry with a dryer, which was very convenient. The jacuzzi was ready to use on arrival and was a big hit with the kids. Although the central heating is an older style system, it worked very effectively and kept the house warm. Bathroom and pool/jacuzzi towels were provided, along with essential toiletries.A few things to note, although they weren't major drawbacks: second shower is over the bathtub, which may be difficult for elderly guests to get in and out of, and younger children should be supervised. One of the bedrooms is on the upper level, but there is no bathroom on that floor, so guests staying there need to use the stairs to access the bathroom downstairs. We also found the positioning of the main entrance door and the master bedroom door a little awkward, as one door needed to be partially closed to comfortably access the other.Overall, the property met our expectations. Everything was as described, with no unpleasant surprises, and we had a comfortable stay.

We had a lovely stay overall. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped — plenty of room for five of us, with clean linen, fresh towels, and all the essentials we needed for a weekend away. It had a warm, homely feel which made it easy to settle in.The general living areas were tidy and well-presented, though we did notice a few areas that could use some attention, such as the dusty “fairy aquarium,” leftover wedding décor, and the deck, which had quite a few loose palings. The bathroom door handle was also a bit wobbly.The front entry could be made more welcoming — a few fresh plants or less clutter at the gate would really lift the first impression.The location was great — a quiet suburb and only about 20 minutes to most of our weekend plans, including Floriade. Despite a few minor maintenance issues, it was a great base for our group and we appreciated the homely touches throughout.
