Our lovely 1200 ft.² two-story home is located in McKenzie Towne Calgary with great access to Deerfoot Trail , walking distance to shopping , restaurants, convenience stores. Just a 5 minute walk to the bus.
Three bedroom up to 6 guests 2 Queen size beds , 1 sofa bed. 2.5 bathrooms.
Air conditioning in master bedroom and main floor.
Designated working space in the kitchen if you are travelling for work.
Full kitchen, BBQ and fire pit for those nights that you want to relax outside.
Street parking.
No pets. Basement suite occupied with tenants. . Basement suite is rented separately.
No animals, no smoking cigarettes or marajuana etc on the property.
There is a cat living in the basement suite which you may see outside. Therefore, if you have any allergies to cats, this house may not be the 1 for you !
