Beachfront Penthouse w/ 3 Lanais on O’ahu!

We're so glad your family of 10 had the trip of a lifetime! The views, beach access, and snorkeling with turtles are truly special, and it means a lot that you found so much to enjoy nearby. We know the ongoing construction project made for a few inconveniences during your stay, including the pool closure and some water outages, and we appreciate your patience with that. The pipe work is actually scheduled to wrap up by the end of August, and the good news is none of it touches the beach or the ocean views from the lanais. We're grateful you rolled with it and still had such a wonderful time, and we hope to welcome you back once the project is complete.

We're so glad you enjoyed the fantastic views and found the condo just as described. Mahalo for sharing your experience!

We're glad the beds were comfy and that you were able to make use of the beach accessories during your stay. We're sorry to hear about the sofa bed and the parking issues you ran into. The condo has been treated for pests, and the old sofa bed has been removed and replaced with a high-quality new sofa. As for parking, the lot construction that had resulted in shared spots and off-site parking has now finished, the full lot is reopened and re-striped, with our spot clearly marked and labeled “reserved”.

Aloha Teresa! We loved hosting you and glad you enjoyed your stay!

Thank you for the great review! We’re so glad your family enjoyed staying with us and experiencing relaxed Maui. We love the peaceful beachfront setting while still being close to everything West Maui has to offer. We hope to welcome you and your family back again. Mahalo!

Mahalo Cheryn, very happy to hear you had a good stay and enjoyed the ocean views! Aloha!

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay!

Mahalo Michael! I am very happy you had a wonderful time and enjoyed the amenities provided. Our washer and dryer were just installed in September and are a big upgrade! We would love to host you again! Aloha!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. The ongoing multi-year construction project affecting the building has always been disclosed in the listing, and the underground pipe work that impacted water service during your stay has since been completed. During your stay our half of the parking lot was closed for the underground pipe replacement portion of the project and our dedicated parking spot wasn’t available so alternate parking lot and/or street parking was necessary. We regularly treat the condo for pests, as is common in Hawaii's tropical climate, and keeping food stored and floors clear helps minimize activity between treatments. We understand the parking situation was inconvenient while that work was underway, and we appreciate guests bearing with us during this larger improvement project.

Aloha Suzanne! I am thrilled that you had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to others! We try hard to have everything you would need for your stay and glad you were able to utilize the beach closet. Mahalo!

So glad you had a wonderful time! We would love to host you again! Aloha!

We’re so glad you loved the location, balconies, and ocean view. We’re sorry the A/C issues and missing cleaning and laundry supplies affected your stay. The master bedroom A/C has since been replaced, and the privacy concern with the first-floor bedroom window has also been addressed by replacing the clear jalousie slat with frosted glass. We appreciate you sharing the details of your experience and the positive feedback about the kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and washer and dryer.

Thanks Prad for the very nice review! We'd love to have you back any time! Dave (owner)
