The space
Allgood House – Sandy Point is a beautifully styled, modern family home that’s dog-friendly inside and out. With a spacious deck, two living areas, an indoor fireplace, and a fully fenced garden, it’s a place to truly relax. We offer a later 2 PM checkout, so you can make the most of your time away.

Tucked away in a quiet court, Allgood House is just a short walk to the general store, the patrolled surf beach (during summer), and Ned Neale’s spectacular off-leash dog beach. It’s the perfect getaway at any time of year.

This newly built, bright and airy home features open-plan kitchen, dining, and living spaces so no one misses out on the holiday fun. Positioned on a north-facing block, the large deck is ideal for dining and entertaining after a beach day – lounge on the outdoor couches, play games on the lawn, fire up the BBQ, and enjoy dinner to the faint sound of crashing waves.

The main living room includes two comfortable 3-seater sofas, a cozy fireplace, and a large Smart TV. For year-round comfort, there’s split-system heating/cooling and a ceiling fan.

A second living space offers another Smart TV, a work desk (perfect for remote working), and plenty of books, games, and puzzles to keep everyone entertained. NBN Wi-Fi is fast and reliable.

The fully equipped kitchen features a generous stone island bench, large fridge/freezer, premium appliances, and everything you need, from countless serving platters and glassware to a Nespresso machine and quality cookware. The indoor dining table seats up to 10, with more space to dine outdoors on the deck.

Bedroom 1: King bed, is the master suite with a walk-in robe and ensuite located at the west end of the house.

At the east end are three additional bedrooms:
Bedroom 2: King bed
Bedroom 3: Treble bunk (queen on bottom, king single on top)
Bedroom 4: King single bunk + king single bed, with an optional single trundle
These are serviced by a central bathroom with shower, double vanity, and toilet – plus a third, separate toilet.

All bedrooms include premium mattresses, blockout blinds, and portable fans and heaters for your comfort.

The garage is stocked with bikes (for teens/adults), boogie boards, darts, cornhole, and a variety of outdoor games. A full laundry includes washer, dryer, ironing board, and clothes rack.

🐾 Dog-friendly details
Your dogs are welcome inside and out with the property being fully fenced and pet-safe. We simply ask that they stay off the furniture and that you bring their own beds and towels.

Sandy Point is home to beautiful Australian wildlife – koalas, wombats, birds, lizards, echidnas – so please keep dogs under control when needed to protect our local fauna.

Best of all, Ned Neale’s beach is only a 10-minute walk and is off-leash year-round, perfect for a run on the sand or a splash in the surf.
