The apartment was as described and well equipped, and host was instantly responsive by messages through the app. Lots of supplies from paper towels to laundry soap were provided for the use of guests - even grocery bags! Black out curtains in the bedrooms were greatly appreciated. We appreciated the parking in the car port as well and we had the use of the lovely back yard if we wished to use it.

We had a wonderful time staying at this place! It was very clean and cozily decorated, the kitchen was fairly well equipped for cooking, and the location was beautiful!One thing to note is that this is the downstairs unit, with the host living upstairs. And while we had exclusive access to the unit itself, the backyard was shared with the host which wasn't clear to us from the description.

This beats a stay in a hotel. The place is very clean and feels like home away from home. Everything we needed is here, the kitchen is complete, the bathrooms and bedrooms are very clean. The location is very quite and secured, the owners are very accomodating and friendly. We will definitely be back here when we visit BC again.

Stayed here over an August weekend. It is better than the photos--we were surprised! There were many niceties that, while they may seem small, really make a difference when you're on a trip, e.g. detergent for the washing machine, tea bags and sugar in the kitchen. We felt at home. It was a warm weekend, but it felt cool inside. We kept the windows open, but there wasn't any noise to bother us. All in all, I can highly recommend it, especially if you're traveling as a family.

Our family had a very comfortable stay in this cozy and pleasant place for 12 days. Brian was a wonderful host—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we had questions. He also shared useful information that made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean and well kept; listing pictures were accurate. Check in / initial access was very easyBrian popped by to see if we needed anything which was great; but nothing along the lines of ever interrupting our stay.More than ample parking which we needed since had multiple vehiclesOverall, an extremely positive experience and would stay again. This VRBO was perfect for us. The location was very central and yet it was in a quiet, peaceful, green neighbourhood. The host's communication was quick and attentive, right down to the welcome sign. We will definitely stay here again.

I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this location to others. Everything was cozy and made our time in Surrey comfortable and even home like while my daughter attended a sports event nearby. Brian and his wife were very welcoming and quick to check in and help us with anything we needed to make our stay comfortable. They recommended some lovely sightseeing options that you would struggle to find unless chatting with locals. Parking is right outside the door and the neighborhood is quiet and located off a ravine. Excellent value here!

The accommodations were exceptional. So clean and tidy, and the Christmas tree added a nice touch. The yard and location were great. Owner was kind and a joy to chat with. We will definitely come back here when we come to the area again. Thanks so much for the lovely stay.

Brian’s suite was quiet, comfortable, organised, clean and spacious. And not too far from the city centre but with the peace of the residential neighbourhood and park. We were made to feel very welcome without too much fuss (as we had a lot to fit into a very short trip!). His back yard is tranquil and we saw some very well fed squirrels! Thank you for a comfortable though quick (too quick) of a stay.

We were warmly welcomed (especially nice after a long day of travel) and the property really is spacious. The kitchen is especially noteworthy; it has every appliance known to exist, including an automatic coffee maker that made that first cup each morning easy. We were happy to learn we could easily cook meals to eat in as all the tools needed were provided and in good working order. There were also some nice details provided like a phone charger and a binder with local information. The decor is tasteful and serene. If you are planning to work remotely, note that the wifi has a few low signal spots, but we were easily able to work around this. It was fine for casual use. Overall we loved our stay, we had everything we needed, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend others do so.

It was a nice clean place. Enough towels and bedding. Sufficient parking. Independent entrance, washer/dryer. Kitchen amenities adequate. Slippers available for indoor use - smaller sizes needed. The host was extremely polite and friendly, and greeted us on arrival ( living on upper level). Be sure to bring your tooth paste - we forgot and had to request, but the host was kind enough to give us one when requested. The coffee maker uses coffee seeds (provided). Coffee creamer powder, sugar, sweeteners and green tea bags available. Nice wooded backyard, but not big enough for taking walks. 1.5 bathrooms as advertised; clean and adequate for 3-4 people. Small bathroom door lock needs fixing. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Overall a good experience. Would come again.

The place is absolutely beautiful. Maybe the best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. Has a beautiful Glade behind the backyard and I ran it every day. Loved that they separated trash, recycling, and organics. Super responsive and helpful host.
