Great location, right by the water taxi to Granville Island. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Plenty of amenities nearby including restaurants, a vegan friendly cafe at the end of the block, and a supermarket two blocks away.

Ideal location. Just needs a freshen up. New bedding and towels etc. maybe some new furniture. With a few dollars spent to clean it up and have some basic items that are fresh and clean such as bedding and pillows this place would be somewhere I’d come back to routinely.

This is a wonderful property! I would be eager to stay here next time I'm back in the city. The location and neighbourhood is fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better home base while in Vancouver.

This apt is in a great location to catch the ferries and is easily accessible to get around Vancouver. Building is secure and quiet.

Excellent location! Quiet enough area to have open windows overnight. Secure parking area. Easy access to bike and walking paths. I would definitely stay there again.
