No glassware in the pool or spa area
Closed-toe shoes are required in the gym
Proper swimwear must be worn in the pool and spa
To ensure a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all guests and residents, please follow these house rules:
No smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony
No parties or events permitted
No loud noise after 9:30 PM
The building is under 24-hour surveillance and security monitoring
Amenity Use – Level 8 (Open daily: 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM):
No glassware is allowed in the pool or spa area
Closed-toe shoes/runners are required in the gym
Proper gym attire and swimwear must be worn in relevant areas
Please observe and follow all posted rules within the facility
Security & Penalties:
Any rule violations or complaints from building security may result in immediate eviction, cancellation of your booking, and additional penalties
Lockouts, lost keys, or delivery access services will incur a fee of $180–$280, depending on the time of day
Replacement of lost keys and fob will incur a $550 fee
Important Note: Please be advised that as this is an Airbnb accommodation, a complimentary starter supply of basic essentials is provided upon arrival. These items are not replenished throughout the stay. Guests are kindly encouraged to purchase any additional supplies they may require.
