Haehaenui Retreat (with Stoked hot tub)
A private haven in the heart of Arrowtown - tranquil, contemporary Haehaenui Retreat offers a luxury experience for the discerning guest. With in-deck Stoked Stainless hot tub, two living areas (separate media room is detached from main house) four bedrooms, & two bathrooms. Beautiful outdoor living opens out onto the local Arrow River Reserve, with direct access to walking and cycling trails, and a delightful 20 minute riverside stroll to cafes and restaurants in historic Arrowtown village.
Haehaenui (Maori for 'Arrow River'), is split over two levels. Downstairs is a luxurious lounge with woodburner fireplace and smart TV, and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (complete with Nespresso Coffee Machine), and dining space, all with beautiful forest and mountain views. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, and an internal access garage with laundry.
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, including the primary suite, with private bathroom, a study area and a separate toilet. All four bedrooms have queen beds.
Adjacent to the garden hot tub is an additional detached media room, with its own fireplace and PlayStation 5 - the perfect retreat for teenagers.
Haehaenui Retreat has underfloor central heating for cold and snowy nights. In the summer months, throw open the windows and listen to the hum of the Arrow River.
