Communication was excellent. The location was perfect. Sunset views, snorkeling beach right across the street. Very comfortable unit.

The accomodations were as described. Lovely comfortable remodel. Nice folks. Would have preferred an ocean front on the other side of the highway. All in all I would stay again.

All went well except for the elevator not working, but that was due to Lala a few days earlier. Also they should warn that the entrance code expires on the minute at checkout so if you inadvertently close the door with a suitcase still inside you are in trouble. It would be better if management reached out on checkout morning.

The condo was spotless, beds were comfy and lots of kitchen ware for the family. All rooms had fans and if you wanted to use the a/c each room had its own unit. They worked very well. Pool was clean, warm. Grounds were clean and well kept. Any questions / requests were handled quickly. The location is about 4 miles from Kona. There’s a small strip mall / shopping area close by for last minute items. Over all a great place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was the perfect base for our vacation! Enough room for the family with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook. Relax on the lanai or at the pool. Short walk to Kahaluu beach park for snorkelling. Bus close by. Quiet area.

What a wonderful stay Perfect, would absolutely return again. I stay in Kona often as family is here, yet prefer my own place. Easy walk to Kahalu’u, for amazing snorkeling. Loved the ac and fans. Never an issue with temp. The view is a million dollar view yet quiet from ali’i drive traffic. One parking spot, yet street parking is there as needed. Clean and well equipped. Great host, property management superb. As well as ac elevator was a special treat. Truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit is surprisingly spacious. The living room/dining room/kitchen area is totally open with a beautiful view of Kahalu'u Beach Park and the ocean (the lovely lanai has the same view). The bedrooms and bathrooms are also well sized and comfortable. We have stayed in a number of Hawaii rentals and this one definitely has more space than most. The unit is well stocked with kitchen supplies, bath and beach towels as well as beach chairs, boogie boards, masks and snorkels available for use. The location is great with an easy two minute walk to the beach park and a short drive to shopping, downtown Kailua and other area beaches and attractions. The unit was very clean and instructions were clear with good communication from the rental company. The unit and area are also very quiet. Although I believe most of the (15?) units in the building were occupied, there was rarely anyone at the pool or BBQ. We also appreciated the reserved, covered parking space. We would absolutely stay here again!
