¡Bienvenido al paraiso!

Ubicado en el hermoso complejo de condominios de Sea Village (unidad 3216). También poseemos el condominio de 1 habitación (unidad 3217) justo al lado (VRBO # 1197944). Este condominio de 2 dormitorios con vista al océano pacífico con impresionantes vistas y increíbles puestas de sol desde la comodidad de su propio lanai. Un lugar perfecto para sentarse, relajarse y disfrutar cada minuto de sus vacaciones.

El condominio es absolutamente hermoso. Ha sido completamente reformado. Es un definitivo DEBE VER! Se ha prestado atención a los detalles en todos los aspectos del diseño y la construcción. El condominio es muy brillante, con una brisa encantadora que fluye desde el océano. Está impecablemente mantenido y extremadamente limpio. El condominio cuenta con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños completos. El dormitorio principal tiene un baño completo con cama de matrimonio. El dormitorio de invitados tiene 2 camas individuales, con baño completo accesible. Además, la sala de estar tiene una cama tamaño queen escondida, que permite dormir hasta 6 personas. El condominio también es muy amigable para los niños. Una cuna pack'n play, trona y juguetes para niños también están disponibles.

Desde el condominio puedes ver a los delfines jugando, las ballenas migrando y los peces saltando. Para aquellos que buscan más aventura ... puedes nadar y bucear desde las rocas vistas desde el lanai.

Los terrenos del condominio se mantienen meticulosamente. La piscina y el jacuzzi se sientan detrás de una pared del mar, a pocos metros del océano. La cancha de tenis está bien cuidada y de fácil acceso. Las barbacoas y las mesas de picnic están perfectamente posicionadas para disfrutar de las impresionantes puestas de sol mientras prepara sus comidas.

El condominio está convenientemente ubicado. A solo minutos de la ciudad de Kona, a 8 millas al sur del aeropuerto, y cerca de muchas playas impresionantes y campos de golf.

This is a fabulous property, right on the ocean and the views are amazing! We saw humpback whales and dolphins from the lanai, and the sunsets were stunning. The location is also pretty close to shops and restaurants in Kona. Will highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book this again in the future. The only con from our stay was that the remotes for the fans (which also have the ceiling lights) were very finnicky, they had mentioned this in the check-in instructions, but I'd rather they would have fixed the issue instead. As a result in the master bedroom we were stuck with a fan running at full speed and with no ceiling light. Another thing to keep in mind is that no toiletries are included, upon inquiring we were told it is by design as different customers have different preferences, so please make sure to bring your own body wash etc. Other than these we had an amazing stay of 6 days, and would love to come back again.

The perfect place to watch the sunset

Great location, great view, right at the water, and the best stocked kitchen we've ever had in a condo rental. The property was neat, clean, and quiet. Would definitely stay here again if we get back to the Big Island.

we loved the unit,however,the TV was way to small to watch from the davenport,you could not read the newsline on the bottom. The outside shade was wonderful blocking the afternoon sun. the inside where you sit on the sofa,there is no shade,so we had to move the sofa to get out of the direct afternoon sun,We ended up stacking the boxes and the ironing board, plus sofa pads to block the sun.

Beautiful View

We chose this condo due to its location, view and features. The condo was conveniently located, making it easy to get to various attractions on Kona. Loved the view from the balcony and with the open floor plan you could enjoy it from the kitchen and living room as well. Having two bedrooms and two baths was great although the shower in the main hall bath was small. Communication from the time of booking until check-out was good. It would have been nice if toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) would have been provided. All in all, it was a great place to stay!

Beautiful ocean view!

Loved our stay here. Was perfect for group of 4 adults- would have been tight with any more. The apartment itself is immaculate, as well as the beautiful grounds of the condo complex- we particularly loved the grill area and watching the sunset from the hottub. The location was perfect, quiet but still close enough to walk downtown to restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Second Honeymoon

First trip away with no kids, so we went all out. Amazing property with an amazing view. Having laundry in the condo was great. The fans were needed since no AC but tolerable for late November/December. Very clean condo with a great property, plus having Green Flash Coffee outfront was a plus.

Walking out on the balcony to be right on he ocean was awesome. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful. Our hostess was so kind and the condo was so clean. I would absolutely recommend this place and a very short distance to a luau.

Excellent Property!

A great location for a home base- friendly, quiet neighbors and beautifully landscaped with grills, picnic tables, pool, and spa. The condo is modern, clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. And such a glorious view, especially from the lanai. The sound of the sea, and, oh, those sunsets!!

Beautiful

Loved this VRBO! Amazing views, spacious and in awesome location. I only wish it would have mentioned the no AC but it was doable for the most part when opened windows and turned the fans on full blast. Definitely would recommend this place and stay here again.

Excellent Location

Condo was perfect and view was amazing! We even got to watch dolphins spin and flip one day aff the lanai! Host was very helpful and listing was accurate. Only downside was no air-conditioning but we left the screen doors and windows open which helped. Definitely recommend unit to others.

Wonderful Stay

The family and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo in Kona. The location is perfect. Short drive to downtown Kona or you can easily walk or hop on a blue bike that's just across the street. The coffee shop in the parking lot is fantastic. We enjoyed sitting on the Lanai and were able to see spinner dolphins in the morning and a Manta Ray at night since the light from the building attracts its food. The owner was very responsive to our issue when we were having problems with the local contact. The beach equipment they provide is wonderful and came in handy.

Beautiful location

Aloha! We had a beautiful trip to Kona and loved the condo. The condo complex is extremely well maintained as is the actual unit. The owners are extremely nice and helpful! The condo has everything you need for your trips to the beach, we did buy a beach umbrella which we left. So there were beach chairs, now the umbrella, coolers, snorkel gear, sand toys and more. The only thing I wish they had provided was sheets for the couch bed. Mahalo for a wonderful time!

Lovely, just lovely

This property is bright, clean, and well appointed. We wanted for nothing while we were here. It was one of our favorite things to get back in time for sunset on the porch. Watching sea life and activities (swimmers, boats and paddlers) was interesting every morning at breakfast. There was room enough for our family to spread out. The condo community was just far enough outside of Kona to mute the noise of town, slow down a little bit, yet close enough for groceries. Free and ample parking and a M-F coffee shop within walking distance.

We have been coming to Kona ever since 1989 to race in the Ironman Triathlon World Championships, and we just fell in love with it. We have returned 16 times since (12 times to participate in the ironman), and finally had the opportunity to purchase our dream condo in 2010. The area is so unique and beautiful, you will never want to leave.
