This house was exactly what we needed to relax. Every bit of Huff’s Harbor was immaculate and thoughtfully laid out. I love that the house is dog friendly and the elevator was amazing for carting luggage and groceries. We had a wonderful stay and will not hesitate to book again.

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing beach house. It’s an easy walk to the beach, close to Duck and restaurants. The house is extremely well stocked, clean, modern, comfortable - it is everything you could want in a beach house. We loved it. Also - the elevator makes it super easy to get groceries and bags to the upper levels. So convenient! I could go on and on about how amazing this beach house is. I can’t recommend it enough.

This was a wonderful property for our multi-generational family. It was beautifully maintained and everything we could ask for was in the home. The great room was so comfortable for hanging out and watching videos, and the porches gave all of us many options for being outdoors. We loved the outdoor shower and the foot wash after a day on the beach. It was an easy walk to the beach but local parking passes are included if you have too much stuff. The elevator was perfect for our two senior citizens and one baby. Everything was clean and updated and very comfortable. I highly recommend this property and plan to stay there again.

OBX Family Vacation

We had such a wonderful stay and will absolutely be back! The house was perfect for our family of 8, there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable without ever feeling crowded. It was also so well decorated and truly felt like a home away from home. We especially loved how dog-friendly the property was, which made traveling with our pups so easy!The walk to the beach was super easy and convenient, and having 8 beach chairs provided was such a nice touch and one less thing we had to worry about bringing. We also loved being able to ride bikes around the area and spend time on the screened-in porch, sitting out there listening to the thunderstorms was one of our favorite parts of the trip!The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals at the house, and overall the property really had everything we could have asked for for a relaxing family beach vacation. We had the best week and are already looking forward to coming back!

We stayed at this beautiful home for a week in mid-May. It truly has everything you could possibly need. We were there with our daughter, son-in-law, and their dog. There are four different decks to sit out on, depending on the time of day. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed. They have an awesome variety of games available – both for kids and adults. The walk to the beach is short and easy, and they have all the beach equipment you could want. The host was extremely responsive and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Dream vacation home

Beautiful home in a serene, peaceful setting just minutes from the beach. Complete with all modern amenities and everything needed for a relaxing stress free vacation. The outdoor shower is convenient and the spa was great for unwinding after hours with a glass of our favorite beverage. I highly recommend this home for your getaway in the Outerbanks.

Spectacular house

Beautiful home. Plenty of room. Furnishings were incredible. Living room and kix are beautiful. Only 3 blocks from the beach. Very reponsive property manager. Will definitely come back.

This house was immaculate. Beyond expectations. They have everything you can think of to make your beach stay perfect! It was our first time to OBX and we didn’t know much but they have thought of everything. I was a little worried about not being right in the beach, but the walk was totally short and if you want you can drive and park right next to the beach. So it wasn’t inconvenient at all. Plus you can actually enjoy an ocean view on the balconies. They have beach gear, chairs, toys, canopies, and a wagon to pull it all there. We also loved using the bikes to ride through these charming neighborhoods. The elevator makes it convenient moving in with luggage and with groceries. The screened in porch was amazing for outdoor dinners. They were stocked with games we had a ton of fun playing. Everything felt brand new and functioned well. It is decorated beautifully but not cluttered. I would 1000% rent this house again. Loved every minute and hated to leave. Best I’ve ever gotten on Vrbo.

Simply Amazing!!

This house is everything you would expect for a beach getaway with your loved ones or friends. It is completely new with such a short distance to the beach, dining, shopping and many other fun activities! Stop by the Rolly Roger for the best breakfast, have some family fun at the OBX waterpark, take a bike ride and look at scenery, or just sit back and relax on the beach and enjoy the sun and waves. Later at night take a dip in the hot tub and enjoy your stay at a comfortable and rememberable place. So worth it!!! So very beautiful, peaceful, and so much to do!

A Slice of Paradise

We had never been to the Outer Banks before and enjoyed every second! The best part was this house and amenities that came with it— hot tub, bikes, loads of board games, exercise room, ping pong… amazing! The house sits within walking distance to the beach and so close you can go back and forth easily! The owners did nothing short of spectacular with this home— the beds were so comfy, the kitchen was a chef’s dream and the deck with the ocean view was a regular for us. We highly recommend this home for your next vacation stay. Even the rental company was very responsive to the locks needing new batteries. A minor detail, but they were on it!Enjoy!

Beautiful House And View

Beautiful well furnished house, thoughtfully planned conveniences/amenities. A very high end feel. Being back from the beach a couple roads gives a feeling privacy that beach roads just don't offer. Third story deck allows for a beautiful view.This is a brand new house with throwback elements to the prior house on this property. Some decorations, some furniture, it is wonderful how well those elements are incorporated into such a modern build. Don't miss the bookshelf game collection. This is such a good way to make these games accessible without being a haphazard stack which would inevitably end up tattered and unsightly.Side note, our 6 year old decided this driveway would be where he decided to lose the training wheels. Huge milestone and a great place for this memory.

Our new happy place

Having stayed oceanfront on our last several trips to the Outer Banks, we thought we’d give this house a try and are so glad we did! We found that being back from the beach a couple blocks offered both quiet and privacy not found on the high-traffic beach roads. Great views from the 3rd floor. Beach access is a breeze – 5-minute walk through the scenic neighborhood, 3-minute bike ride using the bikes provided, or a quick drive to the designated parking area using the provided pass. The amenities are superb! Linens and towels, well-supplied kitchen, amazing game selection, hot tub, exercise equipment, dog run, etc. Anything needed was thought of by the owners.The home was spotless, comfortable and beautifully decorated with both new and elements from the prior house on this property. The elevator is great for bringing up luggage and groceries. Nestled in a peaceful, serene setting while close to many restaurants, shops and attractions. The perfect getaway! This place is absolutely perfect in all respects.

Wow!

The home is absolutely gorgeous . The decor was impeccable. The owners thought of everything and provide you with everything you could possibly need. When we saw this booking we thought it was too good to be true. Turns out it was a brand new build and we were the first renters! The home was spotless and comfortable. We took advantage of the bikes, beach chairs, beach tent, wagon, board games & gym equipment. We enjoyed lunch and dinners in the screened in porch and morning coffee on the front balcony with ocean views. Every bedroom has a slider with access to a balcony. Beautiful views from the 3rd floor open lay out living and dining space. Fully stocked kitchen , linens towels and beach towels were all provided which was a huge plus. The beach is walkable, 2-3 blocks away, but appreciated the parking passes provided. We loved the southern shores location. I recommend taking the bikes for a ride to the marina in the development for beautiful sunsets. The marina is approximately 2 miles away. There is a framed runners map in the first floor gym area providing both 5 & 10k options. The elevator was great for bringing in luggage and groceries. The home is truly a showcase.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great Vacation Home

We had a wonderful stay here! The home is beautiful. Great views and plenty of space for a family to enjoy a vacation. Plenty of amenities, impressive game collection too! Great location with a walk to the beach. Hot tub and Elevator are a plus! Process was easy from start to finish.

Huff’s Harbor

“Legit” was the description my son used walking into the home! Everything was clean and functional! Truly had a wonderful week! Bikes were used, board games were played, meals were prepared! Every inch of every space was used and enjoyed!
