Located on the first floor (access via stairs), the apartment offers a tranquil retreat with modern comforts. The apartment is self contained, with a separate bedroom, kitchen ,bathroom and lounge room. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a single trundle bed.

PLEASE NOTE: QUIET HOURS 10pm-7am. There are 2 apartments on the property, the owner/host lives in the other apartment.

The instructions was clear. The flat is well equipped, with everything we needed. The bedroom is wonderful with very nice large windows to enjoy de view. I was sad we didn't stay longer. The beach is only 20 min away by foot. And there are a lot of wallabies in the neighbourhood!

Primrose Sands is only 40 minutes to Hobart. It's located in the southern beaches, close to the best surfing beach in Hobart. Surrounded by the beach, Carlton River and beautiful bush walks.
