Escape to the tranquility of Acacia Bay in this 3-bedroom holiday home, Positioned to capture stunning lake and bush views and enjoy birdsong with your morning coffee. With ample parking and easy access to walking trails, swimming spots, and boat ramps, itâs the perfect base the family to explore the region. The town center is a 10-minute drive away, offering restaurants, shops, and activities for all ages. Ideal for a relaxing weekend or extended escape

Upstairs, Bedroom 1 features a queen bed with views overlooking Lake Taupo and the cozy living area, complete with a TV and plenty of space to relax.
Downstairs, Bedroom 2 offers a queen-sized bed, while Bedroom 3 includes a single bed and a single trundler bedâideal for kids or extra guests. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, and the bathroom includes a shower over the bath, vanity, and toilet.
Whether youâre here for fishing, skiing, sightseeing, or simply unwinding, this home caters perfectly to families. The lounge opens onto a sunny deck that overlooks the shores and town of Taupoâembrace the tranquil vibe and soak in the spectacular views.
The whole home is yours to access and enjoy. You will have access to and use of the entire house and off street carparking + jetski or boat parking.
We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.
For the active traveler the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is approximately a 1.5-hour drive away. Rotorua is also only a one-hour drive away, and Hawkes Bay within 1.5-hours drive there is great an opportunity for an easy day of sightseeing. The Waitomo Glowworm Caves are also a 2 hoursâ drive and Hobbiton in Matamata being 1.5-hours away this makes TaupĆ the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.
