Turn off the lights and return the keys
All trash/garbage to be cleared off by guests upon check outs and dumped in garbage chute located outside in hallway in same floor. Any mess/left overs shall be subjected to $100 violation fee
$500 fees if keys not returned or taken out with you upon check out. Same applies for any disorderly behavior (smoking, vaping, drinking, loud noise etc)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
