Gulf Front!! This is a newly updated and renovated corner unit 4 bedroom 3 bath townhouse that sits right on the beach with amazing views.
Items included for personal use during your stay:
-double kayak with life vests
-paddle board
-ping pong table
-beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, wagon
-beach mat with anchor
-beach toys including boogie boards and sand castle building equipment
-beach floats with electric pump

It sleeps nine very comfortably with a large master suite with king bed and seating area. vaulted ceilings. freshly painted. fully stocked kitchen. A very quiet and uncrowded beach but yet close to amenities. new carpet in master bedroom and recent painting. Outdoor enclosed shower on the bottom deck. There is also a large enclosed 2 car garage on ground level with room for bikes, storage etc... New Ping Pong table in garage. This is our personal vacation home that we occasionally rent out. There are no dingy musty smells common in other rentals. Each bed has a duvet cover that gets washed between guests. Every piece of linen gets washed between guests except for duvet insert. this is bright and airy with expansive views.

- upstairs master suite with private bathroom (shower/jetted tub combo).
private balcony. king bed.
-upstairs queen bedroom with shared hall full bathroom (tub/shower combo)
-up stairs bunk room (twin over full) with shared hall bathroom (tub/shower)
-downstairs (main floor) queen with ensuite full bathroom (shower only
Layout configuration: Garage is at sand level. First floor is up one set of stairs where there is the main living room, kitchen, queen bedroom with ensuite bath, and main balcony. up another set of stairs is the second floor where the remaining bedrooms including the master suite are.***refund for hurricanes that require evacuations, and only for those days that you will be displaced. For all other weather related issues the Vrbo cancellation policy will apply.
*** Please recognize that any water toys and or equipment (including but not limited to kayak and paddle board) are provided for your enjoyment. However by using them you agree that you are solely responsible for your safety. Kadie's Heaven or its owners (Never Not Navarre LLC or Kadie and Tharren Duffy) are not responsible for any death or disability that comes from participating in water sports on the ocean. By renting Kadie's Heaven you agree to not hold liable its owners for any accident/death/disability related to use of the provided water sports equipment

We just recently purchased our Florida beach dream home and are happy to share it with others. We live in Dallas Tx and love to escape to Florida when we can. We are a family of 7 with young kids who love the beach.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We have been coming to this stretch of Florida for almost a decade. We fell in love with Navarre because of the low key and chill vibe without mass amounts of tourists. It is very uncrowded and its common to have the beach all to yourselves.There is no high density housing in this part of the beach. the close proximity to the Gulf Shore National sea shore is a major plus.

Large spacious townhouse with vaulted ceilings and sitting perfectly on the beach with amazing views. Nice updated amenities and very comfortable.
