This Bonita Shores 3 bedroom / 3 bath is quietly tucked away, but still only a minute drive away from Bonita Beach Rd - easy access to all of the fun in the sun this beachy side of town, called Bonita Shores, has to offer. But, when you're looking to stay at home you are just steps away from your own private pool. Oversized covered outdoor lanai with dining area, seating area with fire pit and two comfortable chairs and footstools in the 'cove area' which makes a perfect space for a nap or to enjoy a book. Enclosed by pool screen, landscaping and fencing for complete privacy.
***Note for peak season: The first booking needs to start on or before January 7. Feb or March rentals are only allowed if the previous month has been rented***

Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

WIFI included. Propane grill (BBQ) available. Board games, pool noodles and floats. Beach chairs & umbrellas available as well as a cooler. Two bikes available for use with signed waiver.

The master suite has two skylights to bring in a pop of natural light. Double sink vanity in the master bathroom, as well as a separate soaking tub and shower. French doors offer direct access to the lanai from the bedroom, as well as even more natural light while sitting at the bedroom desk! The second bedroom suite has its own bathroom, and the third bedroom and bathroom is great for kids or grandkids, family friends, and guests alike.

Bonita Springs is located between Fort Myers and Naples and is known for its sparkling beaches. Bonita Springs is perfect for beach walking, birdwatching, fishing, kayaking, and boating. A visit to the charming Historic District is sure to impress with its shopping and dining opportunities, including local boutiques and small businesses.
