This fully equipped apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing & comfortable stay. The balcony is surrounded by a beautiful gum tree & offering glimpses of the Indian Ocean & glorious sunsets!

Tucked away off the main roads, the apartment is peaceful yet close to everything. You can walk to:

Parks and coastal walks are a feature of Scarborough Beach area. Grab a scooter from BEAM and travel up and down the coast.

There is easy public transport just 5 minute walk away or head to the Scarborough Beach bus station and get connected to all of Perth.

Lastly, Scarborough Beach is one of Perth's most popular beaches. Beautiful clean white sand, turquoise water, paddle boarding, swimming, and surf to make all happy. The foreshore is best in Perth, bike and walking paths, multiple play areas for the kids, beach space always available and you are staying no more than 10 minute walk from the beach, restaurants, cafes and pubs. When the sun sets over the water, it is one of the best stops in Australia.

You will enjoy this entire property which is outfitted for 2 couples or a family stay. Two bedrooms with a large queen master bedroom bed, and two single beds in the second bedroom. The dining area offers a spacious table, living area with a SMART TV connected to our high speed wifi, fully outfitted kitchen with a dishwasher too, and a full bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. There is a digital lock that makes access very convenient. Do note parking is under cover with a vehicle height limit of 2 meters .

Only a 8 minute walk to Scarborough or Brighton beach, only a 5-minute drive to Trigg Beach or bike or rent a scooter, just 15 minutes’ drive to Perth CBD, 30 minutes Fremantle and 40 to the Perth Airport. Hillary's Boat Harbour, Kings Park and Cottesloe Beach only 10 minutes away. West Coast Highway is a major roadway to get connected to all of what the area and Perth has to offer. Bus stops are located only minutes’ walk from the unit on Brighton Rd take it to Scarborough Bus Station and then the 990 Bus Transperth to travel down Scarborough Beach Road to malls and more restaurants. Incredibly central, scenic, comfortable and cost-effective accommodation. Free onsite parking for your vehicle marked spot under cover for your apartment, which are visible on your left hand side when you enter the complex.
