My son and I spent four nights in this charming home and cannot recommend it more highly. It was close to downtown and a perfect jumping off point for all parts of PEI. It was also lovely to just stay in and read or play games, looking out at the water and the lively district park. I hope we can come back and stay again! A+++ P.S. Great communication by April!

This little apartment was perfect, lovely view by the water. We enjoyed the deck. Beds were comfortable and we loved the decor. It was well-stocked with everything you would need. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in this little duplex on the water. It’s right near a park with a baseball field and a view of the river. A few things from our stay that might be helpful when renting this place. The house is decorated with a fun mix of vintage and modern. There is nice decor throughout but not so much that you can't put your things out and it doesn't feel cluttered. We were pleased to see there were chairs and a table on the deck to enjoy the outdoor space since the listing photos had an empty deck. From the deck, we enjoyed watching the little league games and osprey learning to hunt for fish. This may not sound too exciting but this place had the best pans—the finish was nice and smooth and our food didn’t stick to it! Most rentals have beat up pans so it was so refreshing to cook with nice pans. The property manager was proactive with communications—a nice benefit when you are traveling quite a distance and want to have details lined up ahead of travel. The house is very clean but there is deferred maintenance throughout. Nothing that was a major concern. It was a fun place to stay and would definitely book again when in the area.

We had a lovely stay, the space was bright & clean and worked well for our family! Beautiful sunsets and views, added bonus to have the park right there. Easy access to shops and downtown, by car or on foot. Our host was quick to respond to all questions, thank you so much, we'd definitely like to come back!

Great view of sunsets across over the park and across the water. We had our bicycles and found a great route to the downtown over quiet roads. Nice morning rides! Good location close to services, the saturday market, and a great seafood shop.
