Welcome to your stress-free vacation home in the exclusive Windsor Island Resort! This spacious 8-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa is designed for comfort and fun, offering a private retreat with no rear neighbors on a peaceful conservation lot.

**The Space**

Step into a home where every detail is curated for a wonderful experience. Your private, screened-in lanai features a heated saltwater pool and an attached hot tub, perfect for relaxing day or night. Enjoy outdoor dining or lounging on the comfortable patio furniture.

Inside, the home is packed with entertainment and conveniences:
* **Entertainment for All:** Unwind in the main living area with a 65" Smart TV or find another common space with a 55" Smart TV. A game room with a PS4 console offers hours of fun, and every bedroom is equipped with its own Smart TV and cable.
* **Family-Friendly:** Traveling with little ones is easy with a provided crib, high chair, and a selection of children's books and toys.
* **Work & Comfort:** A dedicated workspace is available for those needing to stay connected. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, and a complimentary BBQ grill is available for cookouts. Every bathroom includes a hairdryer for your convenience.

**Guest Access**

Enjoy a seamless arrival with self-check-in using the lockbox. You will have full access to the entire home, with the exception of one locked owner's storage closet under the stairwell.

Your stay includes complimentary access to the brand new, state-of-the-art Windsor Island Resort clubhouse, featuring a water park with a slide, a lazy river, a fitness center, a tiki bar, and more.

**The Neighborhood**

Our villa is perfectly positioned to access the best of Central Florida. You're just a short drive from world-famous attractions, shopping, and dining.

* **Theme Parks:** Walt Disney World (20-25 min), Universal Studios & SeaWorld (25-30 min), LEGOLAND (30 min).
* **Sports & Adventure:** ESPN Wide World of Sports (15-20 min), Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Zip Line (20 min), and numerous championship golf courses including Highlands Reserve, Celebration, and Reunion.
* **Shopping & Dining:** Find everything you need at nearby Publix and CVS. Explore a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops at Vineland Premium Outlets and Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, all within a 20-25 minute drive.

**Getting Around**

* A maximum of 5 cars are permitted per reservation.
* The resort charges a mandatory fee of $20 per vehicle for the entire duration of your stay. This fee can be paid by credit card at the security gate or with cash at the Clubhouse Office.
* Any vehicles beyond the 5-car limit will not be permitted entry and must find off-site parking.

**Important Information**

* **Pool & Hot Tub Heat:** Heating for the saltwater pool and hot tub is available for an additional $55 per night (4-night minimum). Please request this service at least 24 hours before check-in. Note: The heater will not operate if the outside temperature drops below 65°F.
* **BBQ Grill:** The grill is complimentary; however, guests are responsible for providing their own propane gas.
* **EV Charger:** An electric vehicle charger is available. Usage fees are applicable.
* **Resort Check-In:** Upon arrival at the main gate, all guests must present a valid ID or passport and the booking confirmation. The confirmation must show the property address, check-in/check-out dates, and the names of all drivers. You will receive a proxy card for community access, which deactivates at 10 a.m. on your departure date.
