Annual family vacation

Once again we had a great stay, everything was perfect, plenty of space, as always we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We also loved coming home to central air that cooled the entire house! I’m already looking at dates for 2026, we’ll be back! Thanks again!!

Good But Not Exceptional

The main level was very good. We liked the large dining room table and 8 chairs. Some of the chair legs were loose and need tightening.The beds and mattresses are showing their age. Most were pretty soft and sagging in the middle. The bathrooms are tired and some have discolored baseboards and stained shower curtains. The baseboard in the pool bathroom should be replaced and painted. Some of the tubs were chipped and worn looking.The patio door going to the pool area did not slide easily and we ended up just using the bathroom door to go outside for most of the week. The patio door needs repairs to work properly.Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The pool is perfectly situated and is in the sun all day. The games room picture in the garage was very misleading. There is no dart board as shown in the picture. Half the pool table balls were missing, there are no tips on the pool cues and no pool chalk. The felt on pool table was torn in several ar as. It’s unusable in its current state. Don’t plan on playing pool or darts on your stay. Ricky is the main point of contact and he was very responsive and I liked working with him. Very friendly guy. Overall we enjoyed the house however I have stayed in some exceptional rated properties and this is not that. However for the price it’s a good deal and as long as you are not expecting something new and pristine, this should meet your needs.

Beautiful! Comfy! Spacious! Clean!

This home is nestled in a cozy, clean, secured, gated community in the heart of Kissimmee. I would not call it a “house” because it truly feels like a “home”away from home. The home was very clean, huge, spacious and the decor made it even more cozy. Being from NY, I lost count of the number of rooms in the home. It is super ideal for families with children. The master bedroom comes equipped with a crib, spacious bathroom, and walk in closet. The pool and hot tub was an added treat after a long day. The kitchen came equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Owner Ricky has become like family. He is incredibly attentive, responsive and an absolute joy to work with. My son particularly enjoyed the Halloween decor in the community. This home is located close to stores, restaurants, attractions, shopping etc. Thank you to Ricky for being such an amazing host, we cannot wait to be back.

Perfect family stay!

This home has space for everyone, including several en suites. Close to attractions & conveniences. Pool was enjoyed daily! Our host, Ricky, was attentive and quick to respond. Thanks for a great stay!

Family time

Visiting relatives with the family, the place was was big enough to accommodate all of us , it was clean , there was a few ants of course it is florida tough to eradicate. Pool was pleasant. I would recommend.

Not clean and old

We were not allowed to check into the house until 6:30. When we finally got checked in the first thing you see when you walk in is there's hair all over the chairs. The bathrooms were dirty. And there's random bugs all over the house. We spent the first 2 hours there cleaning the house. We finally got in contact with the property manager because the refrigerator was not working properly he told us to text him and tell him what all was wrong. He never responded to us afterwards.

Perfect Ladies Weekend

We booked this home because it checked off all of our boxes for our needs for a weekend ladies trip. Each of us had our own bedroom with our own bathroom and there was still room to spare. The home was in a VERY nice neighborhood within a gated community, so it was extremely safe. Super quiet. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The host made us feel like family and responded to questions within seconds, even late at night when we had a slight issue. We spent every evening at the screened in pool/bar area. Cooked every meal in the pretty well stocked kitchen. I do have to add that there are no potholders or kitchen towels. That would be a nice touch if added. So many great memories were made there. We were close enough to all of the parks. You can rent a car or an Uber with no problem. A Walmart is near for grocery pick-up and a 7-11 or Dollar General are just a few hundred feet away for any last minute needs. The only thing I would recommend are hand rails by the pool. I am not too sure if that is an easy fix or not, but our elderly mother had a REALLY difficult time getting out of the pool and whirlpool. We will definitely rent this home again if we are in the area. You should too!

Amazing vacation

We would just like to say that this house was as advertised. We had 9 of us (ages 10-73) and the house gave everyone plenty of space for alone time, and was also very homey when all together. Contacting the owner/property manager was easy and they replied very quickly. The area was also wonderful, would definitely recommend!

The house was amazing. It had everything we needed and more. Ricky was very attentive to our needs and was communicative throughout the whole process. Home was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of it. Can’t wait to come back again. You will not be disappointed with this find.

Excellent Host and Property

We had to find a house in short order due to another Vrbo cancelling us a week before we arrived. Ricky not only went out of his way to fit us in for a 3 day stay but due to the rush of getting a place to stay we text each other directly to arrange things quickly. As a host I don’t think you will get any better. A couple of small things was some road construction close by which was a little noisy. Some of the cooking items need to be updated but we made due and I’m sure if discussed could be rectified in short order and min costs. Our stay was 3 days and overall a 5/5, very good.

Wonderful stay

This was our second time booking this property and as last time we were very pleased with our stay. The owner made things so easy and was very easily accessible If we needed anything during our stay. The pool heat malfunctioned the first night and Ricky responded immediately and got someone out to fix the issue and the pool was perfect the next day and he also issued a refund for the one night there were issues. I would book this property again and again. Very clean upon arrival and lots of room. My family and myself left feeling so refreshed. Definitely a 10/10.

Highly Recommended. Home IS PERFECT!!!!

Mr. Rick, another year and another great Stay!!! I told you I was going to write this. I believe and my guys with me, that people should really know how good the home is for the price. What the heck do people expect for the price there paying!!! Now, I have been coming here for the past 6 years. With some of the same friends for that period of time. Not once, did anyone say to me that the home has to be changed. Not once did anyone say the home cannot be lived in. At my age, 67, with a group of men, in and around the same age, we have earned the right to be honest. You my friend, are a gentlemen. Your home, while not a 5 star hotel, is perfectly perfect. Especially for the price. 12 guys for 8 days. Its $12.50 per person a day. You don't even get a pizza for that now a days. For anyone who reads this, for $12.50 a day for a person if you bring 12 people, This house is a 6 star for that price. Mr. Rick, you and your home are good!!! I wanted people to know that this man and this home should be and always will be highly recommended by me. There is no need to change anything. Sorry, maybe adding a chair outside so people have somewhere to sit when they smoke. Besides that, a six bedroom, pool, hot-tub for $150 a day. Come-on-Now, its GREAT for that price. Mr. Rick, I don't know how you do it sir. Dealing with so many different people. There is no way in heck I could do what you do. Returning customer. Will be returning again.
