The home is part of a three-unit house in the charming neighborhood of Puntas, known for its friendly community and easy access to Rincon’s best beaches. Within minutes you can be surfing world-class waves, snorkeling reefs, or enjoying a meal at a local restaurant. Guests love that it’s close to everything yet still feels peaceful and authentic.
Inside, the apartment is designed for both relaxation and convenience:
