The Chill offers the rare combination of peaceful absolute waterfront living and easy access to some of the South Coast's most beautiful beaches, national parks, cafés and coastal villages.
Spend the day on the famous white sands of Hyams Beach, explore the beaches, bushland and wildlife of Booderee National Park, or head to Vincentia and Huskisson for cafés, restaurants, boutique shopping, breweries and the relaxed coastal atmosphere Jervis Bay is famous for.
For a change of scenery, take a scenic drive to Kangaroo Valley, or stay closer to home and enjoy everything Sanctuary Point and St Georges Basin have to offer.
There's no need to spend every day in the car, though. The lake is your backyard.

Step directly from the property towards the tranquil waters of St Georges Basin and make the most of the waterfront location.
Two kayaks and life jackets are provided, making it easy to get out on the water and explore the gentle curves of the Basin. Bring your fishing rod and try your luck, enjoy a paddle at sunrise, or take a refreshing swim. The shallow shoreline provides a wonderful place for families to enjoy the water, with plenty of opportunities for supervised splashing and water play.
If you have your own boat or other watercraft, bring it along. There is plenty of parking at The Chill, making it easy to bring the gear you need for your South Coast adventure.
The waterfront walking track is on your doorstep and is perfect for an easy morning stroll or bike ride. Keep an eye out for local birdlife and, if you're lucky, the kangaroos that can be spotted along the way.
