The booking of this property was easy and the host (Precious) was very attentive to messages. I had read several posts that room pictures were sometimes not actual the rooms on Philippine rental listings. I reached out to Precious prior to and she assured me it was the actual unit pictured, and it was. The unit was clean and stocked with anything you would need for cooking or relaxing. Great view from the 21st floor of the mountains and the city. Both the clean parts and the dirty ones. The bathrooms showed some wear but they got the job done. Water pressure wasn’t great but there was plenty of hot water for showers at any time of the day.The property staff, front desk attendants and gate security were very friendly and helpful with questions. The property.was walking distance from the main mall, restaurants, we found a pool hall and couple bars. Anything else was only a cheap Grab trip away.Overall it was a very nice stay for the money.
