From sunrise strolls along the river to sunset cocktails with panoramic city views, this is Brisbane living at its finest.

Guests have access to most of the resident facilities on Level 7 and 7m of the building & Skydeck, which may include the pool, gym, outdoor terrace, and lounge areas.

Please note that access to these amenities is managed by the building, and availability can occasionally change due to maintenance, cleaning schedules, or private events.

While we do our best to ensure your stay includes full access, we can’t guarantee that all facilities will be available during your stay — though they usually are.

Guest Verification & Security Deposit

Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:

➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).

It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!

Pet-Friendly (By Request)
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.
➤ $200.00 pet fee per pet, per stay
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone
➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out (especially make sure no dog poos outside in the front or back yard)


We provide 1 apartment key, 1 key card by default. If you would like a second set of key, a $200 security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes. This is also refundable post check-out if all is in order.

Check-in from 3PM | Check-out by 10AM
Early check-in and late check-out are available by request—please message us ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Our apartment does not have a dedicated parking space. The Star Casino car park is a nearby option with the following rates:
• 30 mins – 1 hr: $30
• 1 – 2 hrs: $40
• 2 – 3 hrs: $50
• 3 – 4 hrs: $60
• 4 – 5 hrs: $70
• 5+ hrs / Daily max: $80 (resets at 6:00 am)

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
If you have requested a second key, please ensure both are returned to the same store where they were collected.
Please leave the keys on top of the table and leave the door unlocked. Also, send us a photo of the key. Thank you so much!
There is a "refuse room" on each level where you can throw your garbage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
