Slopes easily accessible if there would have been snow. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Beds were comfy. Water pressure and hot water were great. Exactly as described. Good communication with property management.

Short walk to snowflake trail/lift

We had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the close proximity to snowflake for easy ski in/out access. The property was clean and cozy. The tv was a little high on the wall in the living room and it would have been nice to have a slightly larger hot tub (tight squeeze for 5 adults). However, we had a fantastic stay overall.

Good property but we had some problems

The home is set up nicely and presents as pictured on the site; location is terrific! However, upon arrival, we didn't have heat and only after two plumbers, many, many calls to the property manager and a couple of very uncomfortable days/nights did they agreed to move us to a different property. We understand that things break and weren't upset about that but the resolution wasn't as timely as it could have been.

Thank you for providing your feedback on the home. We would like to point out that the home did have heat, but it fluctuated from hot to cold which was not ideal for your stay. You were given a complimentary upgrade to a nicer property as soon as one came available. That said, the home boiler has since been serviced so the heat is functioning at a more efficient level.

Nice place to stay; well equipped

Very nice beds, well equipped, good location. Located across the street from 4 O'Clock run to the lift so not totally ski in and out; more walk in and out across the street and cut between condos on other side of street. The only major disappointment was the hot tub. It's very small, only large enough for two people. Seating is lounge style in the hot tub and only one side got any jets as the other side either never worked or wasn't working during our stay. Had to take turns taking tubs/using the working jets. Hot tub for us is a necessity if we are going to ski hard for 4-6 days straight so this a was a major disappointment and would not stay here again due to the hot tub. Gave 3 stars for balance of condo and took two stars away due to hot tub issue/size.

Great location but needs TLC

This property is in a great location with relatively easy access to the snowflake lift. The house layout of three bedrooms -1 king and 2 queen was exactly what we were looking for with our family group of 5 adults, however the hot tub is only a 2 or very cozy 3 person one. Not ideal. In addition the hot tub and surrounding area is in need of clean up and maintenance. The gas fire is also in need of maintenance as is the dishwasher kick plate. The fridge needs multiple replacement shelves in the door and as for the placement of the TV in the living room, it really isn’t set up to be watched. We own our own rental property so know well that these sorts of experiences can truly affect the whole vacation experience. A little TLC would go a long way.

Overall a great stay EXCEPT for 1. the horrible, hard uncomfortable pillows on all the beds! (when booking I did request soft, preferably feather pillows) Prior to our arrival I messaged Pinnacle about the pillow request and was told that has nothing to with Pinnacle and that it is the owners concern. Maybe a selection would be good..... don't understand how these two points are not a problem for the owner when they're staying there! 2. the master bedroom window treatment (above the blinds) did not block the light and moon out and was highly annoying. When you are spending a week on holiday one of the most important aspects is a good comfortable sleep which was not achieved because of these two aspects. While it may be the owner's business, it should also be the management company's business to make sure that certain standards are met. Not a complaint but an FYI to the management company - housekeeping should be told/shown how to put the bedcovers/comforters on - they were all on incorrectly - width and length going the wrong way! Looked much better turned around - (as in the photographs.... ) -not with all the sheets and blankets showing on the sides

We understand that pillows can be a very personal item for comfort and are sorry that you did not find them soft enough. As this is a private residence, the homeowners have tried to find a "middle of the road" pillow that appeals to everyone.

Nice location and space - horribly run condo

Overall the condo was nice and what was in the photos. The problems that came up were more with the management company - Pinnacle. 1. We were told to go to the management office and pick up a "welcome packet" and were given a code to pick that up. We arrived at 7pm and that was not there so had to wait 20 minutes to get someone in touch with us to give us a code to access the property via the garage, never were given the actual "welcome packet" with information. Only a number text if we needed anything. It was raining, had a long day of travel and couldn't get into the condo upon arrival because we were after 6pm. 2. During the stay, the TV in the living room didn't work, the windows in the Master Bed didn't shut, the Dryer had to be run through 4 cycles to dry clothes, the hot tub did not heat up properly so could only be used for about 10 minutes then was just luke warm water. We contacted the management company to address the tv and window only as we didn't really mind about the other items, they were not addressed and we couldn't get them to do any of it in the 5 days we were there. 3. After leaving, my son left behind a personal item, we contacted the management company and they told us "the cleaning crew didn't turn anything in" we know for certain that it was left there, so was just tossed away or they don't care to actually get that back to us. That or their cleaning crews are not trained to turn in items left behind. We have stayed at multiple places and anytime anything is left behind, they actually care to try to help getting those things back to us. They didn't care to even check on it, just simply "nothing was turned in" No offer to go check again, or contact who cleaned it and see if they can help. The location and space in the condo were nice, it was extremely disappointing that for the amount spent nightly on this condo, that basic things could not be taken care of or addressed and the complete lack of professionalism and care from the management co. will make us choose other options next year as well as let everyone know visiting Breckenridge to stay away from Pinnacle and any properties they manage.

Hi, First, we are incredibly sorry for your experience with our company but appreciate you taking the time to point out deficiencies so we can improve in the future. Please see our response below for you specific concerns. 1. Our office closes at 6pm but we do leave packets containing directions and access instructions to each property. The code and instructions to that lock box are automatically sent to the email on file prior to your arrival. In some cases, for properties that are coded, we send directions directly to the home with the access code so you can bypass the office. We are sorry if that was not your experience. 2. According to our maintenance team, the window in the master bedroom was fixed the same day it was reported and the televisions were reprogrammed after a lightning strike and were usable the same day reported as well. We are sorry for these issues and the others but strive to correct them when they occur. 3. The cleaning company used for this property is an outsourced third party. Unfortunately when items are left behind we rely on those cleaners to return items but in cases such as yours, we make special trips to search for items left. We are sorry this was not conveyed to you but assure you that nothing was found by our team at the property. Thank you

This place was perfect!

This place was perfect for our family. It was clean and very nice and the location was great for everything we wanted to do in Breckinridge. We walked to downtown several times. Next time we are in town we will definitely stay here again if available.
