• 8 bedrooms with a thoughtful, group-friendly layout – house has 7 King en-Suites and 1 huge Bunk room with 4 twin beds, 2 double beds, and a full bathroom
• Open living and dining areas ideal for gathering including 14 person Amish dining table
• Fully equipped chefs kitchen for shared meals
• Comfortable spaces to relax together – Main floor Great Room and Second Floor Family Room
Outdoor Space
• Private pool with seating (8 person covered outdoor dining table) and lounge area including 7 person hot tub spa under the cover of the screen in porch. 2 TV’s viewable from the pool and hot tub. Great for relaxing after the beach!!!
• Perfect for casual evenings and group hangouts – fabulous 20x15 screened in porch off the great room with plenty of seating, full size ping pong table in the covered lower level for lots of family fun.

We had a fantastic time at this home. The location really makes it! Walking distance to the beach and the plaza. Loved the screened in porch area for evening relaxing with no bugs. The house layout was great. Definitely would stay here again!

Great stay in HH
The house was great! It is a beautiful place to stay and had everything we could need. Adam made the renting process very easy and Rena the property manager was there to meet us and make sure she answered any questions we had. I definitely recommend staying at this location!!

This place is fantastic! There are eight spacious bedrooms all with their own full bathrooms, which made our large family gathering incredibly easy. Everyone had their own private retreat and spa to make the vacation complete.There was a great outdoor entertainment space with a pool, hot tub, eating area with a picnic table and even an ice maker. This was an added bonus for those long days soaking in the sun at the beach, which is just a short minute and a half walk away.They provided plenty of beach chairs, towels, sand toys, and a large cooler for beverages. This was all very easy to tote down in the onsite wagon. The host is great with communication and was very quick to respond to questions before, during, and even followed up after our stay. All in all, we would highly recommend this place for cleanliness, space, and amenities as a hidden gem in Coligny.

Great home for multiple families
We had a great time for our family reunion. Very nice to have all king beds with their own bathrooms. The pool, outdoor spaces and porch were all great as well. Very well stocked kitchen

Five Star!!
We had an excellent stay! The communication was awesome and checking in was super easy. I think this house was nicer than the pictures and very clean. The home was well stocked. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Large Family beach vacation
Our family really enjoyed being so close to the beach as well as just a short walk to Coligney. The home supplying beach chairs, towels and other beach essentials was very helpful for us. Our large family had plenty of space in the home and outside around the pool. Many fond memories were made at Sunshine Daydream!

Grandpa's 70th celebration!
Very well layed out vacation rental. Very well equipped. Loved the location to the beach. All 17 of us had a wonderful experience at Sunshine Daydream!

Awesome home for family vacation!
House online is even better im person! Very clean, plenty of space and great amenities. Just a few minute walk to a beautiful beach and about a 1/2 mile walk to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The owner and property manager were very friendly and ready to help us with anything we needed. Would love to stay there again!

Family Vacation
The property is everything it is advertised to be. The house was extremely CLEAN and well equipped for just about everything you need for a family vacation. Rena the property manager was so nice and helpful showing us all the house had to offer. The location of the property to activities and the beach is great for everyone to enjoy. We would definitely rent this beautiful home again.

Best vacation!
We loved sunshine daydream- we had 20 family members ranging from grandparent's down to age 7- the house felt roomy. I love that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The shops and beach were within walking distance or biking distance. The pool was large and warm. I would stay here again.I feel this house and location made this vacation the best we have been on.

Thanks for the memories
The house is amazing. It is stocked well, super spacious, perfect for a large family and simply beautiful. We were close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants… Rena was so kind and helpful and very responsive. If at all possible, we will be back!!

Great location! This lovely home had plenty of room for our 22 family members. Kitchen & great room were very accommodating. Bedroom suites with shower stalls were a plus. Bunk room was comfy & airy with high ceilings. Plenty of beach chairs so we didn’t need to bring our own. Enjoyed the pool but it lacks handrails going down the steps in shallow end & seat on deep end is deceiving with no grab bar.

Wonderful Family Vacation
Our large family vacation was wonderful at this property. Great layout, loved the screened in porch, which is uncommon in this neighborhood. Short walk from the beach. Lots of helpful accessories already at the property, including a wagon to take things to the beach, a pack and play, and several kitchen items that you don't often see (an immersion blender!). Property manager was highly communicative, but not intrusive. Great stay!

Family Reunion
We had a family reunion with 25 guests to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. There was plenty of space to gather as a group and enough spaces to also get some quiet time. The house had more than enough beach chairs and gear for everyone in the house.

Great Week
We overall enjoyed our stay. Elevator broke on the last day as we were moving out which caused a few issues. Rena helped us troubleshoot the problem and we were able to get most of the items out. Great house which met our needs for a large family beach week.

Large home that accommodates many people. The layout works well for large family gatherings. We enjoyed the screened in porch, the large dining table and the separate seating areas. Home had lots of dishes/utensils/glassware and cooking items if you want to stay in at night but is close enough to Coligny if you want to eat out. Just a quick walk and you are at the beach. It was very nice to come home from the beach and utilize your own pool. The best thing about this house is that every bedroom has its own bath. This works so well for families and adults.

Beautiful home close to everything!
Our family came together from all over the country and we had a magical week in this beautiful home! We had 9 adults and 3 kids and we still had empty bedrooms! This house is large, well appointed, clean, and in a wonderful location. We rented bikes and we were able to to bike to shopping, dining, attractions, and more! The walk to the beach was only about 3 easy minutes. Everyone in our party loved this home and its location. We hope to stay here as a family again!

We Love Sunshine Daydream!
We loved our stay at Sunshine Daydream! Our entire extended family fit in the home comfortably. There were so many extra towels, beach chairs, and games! We loved the ginormous screened in porch and enjoyed the hot tub, swimming pool, and outside TVs. It was a very easy walk to the beach and they even provided a wagon for the beach chairs. The kitchen was very user friendly and furnished with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely recommend this house!

Family Vacation
Our family of 12 adults and 7 children ages 2-11 stayed in the house last week. We had a wonderful time in spite of Hurricane Debby paying us a visit. The house was very comfortable for our size group and was well furnished. The kitchen was very well equipped so cooking was easy. In addition to the kitchen the rest of the house was equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, games, and pool toys. I highly recommend this property for any type group, all adults as well as families.

We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for 15 years. In 2019 we built and opened the Buckeye Beach house as a rental property. In 2020 we built "The Light House " right next door and we loved it so much we had to build a sister property.

Just like its sister next door at 34 North Forest Beach, we designed this property to maximize both the inside space as well as the pool deck/outdoor living space. The stairs and elevator were moved to the front right corner of the house. This allows our guests to walk straight into the great room without the need for a Foyer. We invested all that saved space into the outdoor living area. As you can see from the pictures the outdoor living space is very large and accommodating. You won't find a better outdoor space in all of Hilton Head. Enjoy!!
