An ENTIRE 3 bedroom townhouse ALL to yourself on Gray Street, tucked between the city’s vibrant West End and leafy parklands. Perfect for weekend getaways, business stays or family escapes, the home is fully furnished with ducted heating and cooling, smart TV, full laundry, and a private outdoor courtyard. Just moments from cafes, restaurants, the Adelaide Central Market and tram, you’ll have the best of the city right at your doorstep.
The Space
This stunning property houses 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area—your perfect home base in the heart of Adelaide. With fast Wi-Fi, ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning, a full laundry and modern appliances, you`ll feel instantly at ease the moment you arrive.
Guests enter via the laneway, with access through a private garage or pedestrian gate. Inside you`ll find a secure lockbox containing keys and a garage remote. While the garage is snug in width, it will comfortably fit most standard-sized vehicles. Once inside, you`re welcomed into a quiet hallway. On your left is a locked cupboard for owner use only, followed by a downstairs powder room complete with vanity and toilet. Further down is a dedicated laundry space with a washing machine, laundry sink and storage.
The hallway then opens into a bright, open-plan kitchen, dining and living zone. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, dishwasher, and pod coffee machine. A dining table seats the group comfortably, while the living area invites you to kick back with a Smart TV and soft, inviting furnishings. Sliding glass doors lead to a private patio where a shade sail is soon to be installed—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening wine in the fresh air.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
