HOUSE FEATURES:
Youll feel relaxed as soon as you enter this light-filled coastal retreat, with timber ceilings, driftwood-style floors and an open-plan living space that flows seamlessly outdoors through large sliding doors. Enjoy balmy evenings and alfresco dining under the picturesque pergola or sip your morning coffee amongst the lush sun filled gardens. Follow the garden trail and youll discover a heated outdoor spa, the ultimate place to relax with a glass of local wine. There's even a golf putting green to practice on, before hitting one of the many world class golf courses!
Other features include 3 bedrooms (all with heating and air conditioning), 2 bathrooms, a Smart TV with Netflix and full laundry facilities. The well-equipped kitchen makes dining a pleasure, whether youre having a casual meal or firing up the BBQ to entertain family and friends. This home is perfect to enjoy all year-round, with a cozy gas log fireplace, air-conditioning throughout, and beautiful indoor-outdoor living.

We prefer mature adults or family groups this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.
