Very nice place to stay. Came to town for the Lone star Le Mans race at COTA. Less than a 7 min drive to the track. Having a clean and inviting place to stay after a long day was worth it!Our host was quick with anything needed. Oh and the beds were super comfortable. Will look for this exact place next year!

All in all, a good experience. The property is gated and, although in a fairly rough area, feels safe enough. The entire process, while somewhat cumbersome, worked out fine in the end. Be prepared to do the balance of your transaction outside of VRBO. Not a great property or process if you're easily confused or reluctant to follow some very specific requirements/instructions.
