Amazing view, clean and pet-friendly home. Property is a bit run down but it was everything we needed for our stay. Early check in and late check out requests were a challenge. Only early check in was granted but on the day of check in, so planning was not possible.

I’ll start with the positives… the property had a nice view and neighborhood was very nice and friendly. They say you can request an early check in/late check out however after inquiring they just say they’ll text you early if it’s available early so you can’t plan for it. We asked about a late check out and it was just something you can ask for day of, but again nothing you can plan for. We happened to arrive a couple hours early and saw that there was no one at the house, so when I asked again about an early check in they said it was ready about 20 minutes later. Given the fact they don’t actually allow an early check in I felt they would not have said anything if I did not ask again. I don’t recommend this property for a summer stay or if you plan on cooking at the property. The house was HOT, even with the windows open the air flow sucked. There was no AC, which is fine, but there weren’t even fans so we bought our own. The kitchen was lacking cookware. There were a couple small pots but no skillets , pans, or cooking sheets. There weren’t grilling utensils to go with the grill and when we arrived the propane take was completely empty. The property allows 8 people but there isn’t enough furniture in one place for everyone to sit together. The smaller bathroom was also a little dingy and you need to be about 7ft tall to use the shower head.
