NO PARTIES: No loud noise, please. That may affect neighbours. Penalties may apply for party and room damage. You are welcomed to invite friends to visit, but their safely is your responsibility.
LOSS OF KEYS: Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the apartment, we would charge $100 for attending the apartment and unlocking the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
