私たちの美しい遺産に登録されている石造りのコテージは、居心地の良いクイーンサイズベッドスタジオで、専用の入り口があります。 快適なクイーンサイズベッド、ソファ＆アームチェア付きのシッティングエリアが備わります。 電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、やかん、トースター、ネスプレッソマシン付きの簡易キッチンがあります。 その他の調理設備や台所の流しはありませんのでご注意ください。 シャワー付きウォーク付きの専用バスルームがあります。 また、薄型テレビ、床暖房、小さな屋外テーブルがあります。 プール＆プールラウンジャーもご利用いただけます。 すべてのリネン＆プールタオルが用意されています。 路上駐車場がたくさんあり、市内へのバスは徒歩5分です。 フェリーは徒歩20分です。 お店、レストラン、カフェ、パブはすべて徒歩10〜15分以内にあります。

Eine traumhafte Unterkunft in einer ruhigen und schönen Nachbarschaft in Sydney. Super Anbindung mit drm bus in die Innenstadt. Sue hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und uns bestens versorgt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Unterkunft und Gastgeber mit Herz. Zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen!! Vielen Dank!!!

Lovely Stay

The accommodations were great. Very clean, and comfortable. So nice to come “home” after long days of exploring. Hosts went above and beyond with rides to ferries, a wonderful welcome basket, and very helpful instructions for driving to our next stop. Would 100% recommend

Great place and Hosts

We have stayed for a week, loved the place, perfect for two people and Sue and Donald couldn't be any better hosts. Great neighbourhood and easy to catch a bus/ train to the CBD.

Heaven in Hunters Hill

This was the perfect place to stay whilst visiting our son in Hunters Hill. 15 minutes’ walk to his place and 12 minutes’ walk to the best coffee shop in town! The room was just perfect for us with a really comfortable bed and everything we could possibly need for our stay. Beautiful environment in a really quiet street. Sue and Donald were perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. And it was really warm with underfloor heating in what proved to be the coldest week of the year!

Great Studio Accommodation

We stay in Sydney regularly but this has been the best. Set in a beautiful quiet residential area of Hunters Hill and close to Sydney city centre taking about 15 mins or local shops & cafes 5 mins by car. The studio has all you need, quiet, very clean, comfortable and spacious. Lovely hosts who are happy to assist in any way they can. True value for money. Highly recommended and will be back! Studio was very comfortable for our short stay. Information left by Sue was invaluable. The pool and outdoor facilities were well used We were able to use all modes of transport during our visit. Coffee shops nearby were excellent.

Perfect Sydney Sojourn

The studio is wonderfully private and accessible. On-street parking was available (as advertised). Hosts Sue & Donald were welcoming and kind. The kitchenette was excellent and the selection of 'treats' was generous and appreciated. Hunter's Hill is a great location and the studio provides amazing access to all that Sydney has to offer. We loved our stay at John Street and will definitely be back.

perfect retreat for a Sydney visit

Comfortable, quiet, helpful and accommodating hosts without being intrusive. The leafy location offers pleasant surrounds, kookaburras and a five minute drive to the ferry. Great cafes and restaurants also nearby. Will stay again!

A sanctuary

This studio is beautiful, well positioned, quiet, private and very comfortable. Hosts are delightful, some lovely extra touches which make you feel welcomed. I plan to make it my Sydney bolt hole when i need to visit family.

A lovely stay in a great location

This is a perfect place for a few days away in Sydney. The studio was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean with a comfy bed. The host communicated all details re accessing the studio and was welcoming and friendly, while still allowing privacy. Close to local shops and cafes in a safe leafy area. Access to Sydney was easy with public transport close by. The snacks and breakfast provisions in the fridge were very much appreciated!

My husband & I are passionate travellers ourselves & love being able to rent our little self contained studio to like minded people. We live in the main house house upstairs & are happy to help you with information or offer a lift if necessary or leave you in peace & quiet if you prefer. We are both around alot of the time as my husband is retired & I work at home or in the local area most of the time. We love food, sailing, skiing & travelling & always love to meet new people

We fell in love with this property as soon as we saw it & have called it home for 23 years. It dates from the 1860's & is set in the beautiful leafy suburb of Hunters Hill which boasts many beautiful sandstone properties. Established as Sydney's first garden suburb it is surrounded by the Lane Cove River on one side & the Parramatta river on the other. You can walk to beautiful tracks & parklands on both rivers from our property, yet the city is only 20 mins by car, bus or ferry & the airport 15-30mins

Being below the main house the cellar like effect means this studio is beautifully cool on the hottest Sydney day plus the pool is always available for a refreshing dip. In winter the underfloor heating keeps you warm without the drying effects of many heaters. We also supply a starter pack of breakfast goodies & plenty of tea, coffee etc.
