Off-limits areas – The basement, owner's closets, and select storage closets are not available for guest use.

Parking – Driveway parking accommodates up to four cars, and one garage space is available.

Bedrooms – Four spacious bedrooms provide plenty of room for everyone. The master bedroom features a king bed with a full attached bathroom. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed, pull out trundle with two mattresses, desk, books, and closet for use. Bedroom 3 has two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double with two closets available for guest use, (the iron and ironing board are located here), and Bedroom 4 includes two single beds, one is a pull-out trundle.
Main floor living room – Relax with a Smart TV and a selection of board games.
Common area – Enjoy a pool table, reading nook, and a wet bar with sink and wineglasses for entertaining, plus an additional sitting area off the kitchen.
Laundry – Washer and dryer conveniently located on the main floor.
Front Entry/Hall Closet - A fire extinguisher is located here with a portable fan.
Bathrooms – The home offers a full bath in the master suite, an additional full bath, and a half bath.
Mudroom - Fire extinguisher, life jackets, and hammock that can easily be clipped outside are stored here.
Interior – Features include a four-season dining area, a working desk in one of the bedrooms, a cozy living room with Smart TV and games, a pool table, and a second sitting area.
Yard – Step outside to enjoy the seasonal pool, water view, outdoor seating, and a relaxing hammock. The deck area is gated for safety.
