• Main Floor Bedroom: 1 large bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 twin mattresses); TV in room
• Main Floor Living Room: 1 Full size pull out couch; TV in room
• Common Area: Finished basement includes sauna, game room, garage access with gym equipment
• Laundry: Located in the main floor near kitchen.
• Bathrooms: 1 half bathroom on the main floor. 2 full bathrooms on the second floor. A 3/4 bathroom in the basement with steam shower.
• Interior: Cathedral ceilings, sun room, hardwood floors throughout, working desk, cupboard with games, sunken living room on main floor, so watch your step.
• Yard: Gas grill, fire pit, private beach, outdoor shelter & outdoor chairs for 4 people.

- There are stairs down to the beach. The main floor has a bedroom, but it is twin bunks only.
- During the summer months, you may notice some insects, spiderwebs, or mosquitoes around the lake. While we do our best with preventative treatments and detailed cleanings, a few may still make an appearance—especially during peak season. We appreciate your understanding as part of the natural lake experience!
- The four seasons room with the grill is thoroughly cleaned after each guest's stay. Since the space is partially open to the outdoors through screened areas, you might notice a bit of dust or debris, especially after windy or rainy weather. With its close proximity to the trees and lake, this room offers a cozy hybrid of indoor comfort and outdoor charm—perfect for enjoying nature with a bit of shelter!
- Please bring your own darts for the dart board in the basement just in case! Although some may be provided, it is common for the previous guests to misplace them.
- Please read hot tub, lake, and kayak instructions prior to use. Be safe and enjoy!
