Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and beautiful backyard along with space to park up to two cars in the driveway. There is also an abundance of free street parking.



The Neighborhood:

Set along leafy Roderick Street, this home sits in the heart of Moffat Beach’s relaxed coastal village. A short stroll places you at local favourites like One Block Back and The Pocket Espresso Bar for standout coffee, Moffat Beach Brewing Co. for craft beers and beachfront energy, and Sugar Mama’s Shack for a laid-back brunch. From here, wander through coastal parklands towards Moffat Beach for a morning swim, or continue along the scenic pathway that links Kings Beach, Dicky Beach and Currimundi. Everything you need is within easy walking distance.



Getting Around:

Park your car/s and walk everywhere! There is a nearby bus service, as well as rideshare services and you can access all major attractions by vehicle. There is plenty to see within walking distance from the home as well.



Other Things to Note:

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings



*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.



*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
