Custom-built in a picture-perfect setting just a few minutes from Rosseau Lake. It includes lake access to a private residence only beach, a boat launch, and docks just a short walk down the street on 3-mile lake—parking in the driveway for up to 3 vehicles.

During the summer, you can stay out of the bugs and enjoy sitting outside in the large screened-in patio. Interior features include dimmable lighting, a curbless shower, and all your modern amenities

We were there for a short period of time, but enjoyed every minute of it. The home is pet friendly, and the area is quite unique. There are also many place near by such as: waterfalls, strawberry farm, and convinces store. Nice place to go to get away from the city and unwind.

Absolutely loved this property! I was worried it could be a bit noisy because it is very close to the road but it was very quiet and peaceful. Cabin was clean, beautifully renovated and had everything we could have needed. Host was very responsive and kind in answering any questions I had. I loved the size of the cabin and enjoyed spending time in the screened in porch listening to nature. I cannot recommend this property enough.

This tiny home has everything you need for a cozy stay. It’s just like the pictures, there’s a beach 15-20 minutes away, and a market right around the corner for snacks and refrigerated goods. We had to go out for dinner one of the nights due to a power outage that affected the area we were in. Next time we come we’ll surely pack extra water and snacks because our waitress told us it happens a couple times in the month.

We stayed at this property for two nights and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The location was beautiful, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, and we really enjoyed our time once we got settled.There was a delay during check-in, which meant we had to wait longer than expected before accessing the property. However, the host was very responsive, apologetic, and handled the situation professionally by offering compensation, which we truly appreciated.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back. Thank you for the hospital

We absolutely loved our stay in the Muskoka Tiny House. It had everything we needed to cook some delicious meals on our anniversary getaway, was very clean and the host was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. There are two barbeques on the property as well as a small firepit for roasting marshmallows. This is a perfect spot for a couple to get away from the city. Very close to the town of Windermere where you can go swimming and sip on a nice beverage or get some ice cream, as well as being close to the town of Port Carling which is lively in the summer and has everything you could possibly need. Nothing beats the view from the bedroom loft, and the interior is new and beautiful as well. Perfect space for a romantic getaway. Initially the stairs seemed a little bit sketchy with the gaps in between, but the more you use them, the easier it becomes. Would 100% stay here again. Thank you, Adrian!
