Trash was left in kitchen trash can when I arrived. The downstairs ac was not working and the property owner declined to fit it. The showers were absolutely nasty. There were dirty bedding left in one of the closets.

This house was totally filthy! It was very obvious that the linens weren't washed after the lasts guests. We had to go buy laundry detergent and wash blankets and sheets. Some bought pillows because they were so bad. Several of the beds are no more then mattresses stacked on the floor.

This place was absolutely terrible! Mold growing in property. Rooms without doors, lights or windows. Broken furniture. Light fixtures hanging from ceiling. Piles of GARBAGE in backyard. Stained and dirty furniture and linens. We were there for a few hours and contacted VRBO to get our money refunded. Left and did not stay after that first few hours. DISGUSTING and disappointing. Beware!!! Still waiting on refund

Outside and parking was great, the house is older which is perfectly fine. The house needs a major deep clean. There were dead flys dust and insects along the baseboards just out of reach for a vacuum(not just a few), along with a few bedrooms just having mattresses on the floor for beds. One very LARGE roach like bug making a homestead in the master closet. Showers didn’t look like they had been cleaned after the last visitors, there was an abundance of hair left on the walls, along with the scum build up on the walls of the tubs and shower floors. Downs stairs half bath would spew water when flushed,(still waiting on a reply from when I noticed them). There was actually a soured hand towel and wash cloth left hanging on the vanity door. Toilets need a good scrubbing under the seats, you could clearly see mold or residue from overtime build up in them. The dishes that were “clean” were in-fact NOT clean we had to wash them to use them. Not one bed had a fitted sheet the mattress covers I don’t believe have ever been washed. These are just the things that really stuck out to me. If the owners pay a service to come in and take care of the home. They need to find a new service.

Home is an older property and with that comes lots of little things. Like the sheets are older and stained. They were in fact clean but we laundered them again just to be sure when we got there. Beds work but are not as comfortable with the plastic on them. Although I understand that’s normal in some rental properties. I can say there were NO bugs inside the house and a wasp nest was starting and the property owner came right away to take care of it. We DID NOT see ants or cockroaches so the property must be taken care of. If you have a large group and are looking for a place to sleep then this is for sure an option. Good sized kitchen with pots and pans. We were able to host our whole robotics team which was 4 families and we had plenty of room to work around each other. Again older house. AC could be cleaned but did work effectively. It was hot when we got there but kicked in quickly. Washer and dryer on site was super helpful. Plenty of parking and near lots of stores and the stockyards.
