Two minutes from Manatee Public Beach via the 38th Street path — lifeguards, volleyball courts, restrooms, and beachfront food service when you get there. Publix grocery and CVS pharmacy are directly across the street. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops at both Publix and Manatee Beach, running the full length of the island from Bradenton Beach through Holmes Beach to Anna Maria City. Guests who stay at Beachview #5 consistently arrive, park, and don't need their car again until checkout.
The condo is 1,131 square feet with an open floor plan — spacious for two couples or a small family. Both bedrooms have king beds, positioned on opposite sides of the unit for privacy. The primary suite has an en-suite bath with walk-in shower and access to the garden-view screened lanai. The guest bedroom has its own flat-screen TV, access to a second full bathroom with tub and shower, and direct access to the pool-view screened lanai. The living room opens to the garden-view lanai through sliding doors — a natural extension of the indoor space for morning coffee or evening drinks.
The pool-view lanai overlooks the heated community pool. The garden-view lanai houses a private in-unit laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer — no shared laundry room, no coin machines, no scheduling around other guests.
The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a breakfast bar. Dining table seats six. High-speed WiFi, smart TVs throughout, and central AC replaced August 2025.
