Island Walk is a bright and updated two bedroom, two bathroom condo located at the Cove at Sandy Pointe. This secluded complex is conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, and shopping. This unit has two designated covered parking spaces as well as shared guest parking. It also boasts a large heated pool and tennis courts. A private storage room contains beach chairs along with a beach wagon, umbrella and plenty of beach toys. You will enjoy peaceful views of the mangroves while relaxing on your private lanai.

This well-appointed and recently refurnished unit features a king size bed in the master bedroom with on suite bathroom. The guest bedroom boasts a bunk bed for four with a full mattress atop two twin beds - kids are sure to love this one. This owner has even included a rollaway bed and a crib for larger families that are located in the master bedroom closet. Island Walk features a fully stocked kitchen along with a full size stack washer and dryer for your convenience.

Island Walk at Sandy Pointe is a one week minimum rental.
NOT A PET FRIENDLY RENTAL

Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Weather was great!

Overall this is a nice property. The kitchen could use a few mow utensils (measuring cups/spoons. The beach gear was rusted and unusable. The main bed was very soft and peaked in the middle.

Great location

We loved being within walking distance to the trolley stop and the beach. Also even close to everything it felt great to be tucked in. The pool was an added bonus!

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our rental experience the unit was very nice but could do with a few upgrades ie decoration ( painting) great bed & lovely linen & beautiful white towels, we didn’t cook so never used the oven hob or utensils the sofas were very uncomfortable. The girls in the rental office were great had to contact a few times and everything was sorted immediately, just another suggestion condo with a sticker on patio door both my husband and myself walked into them had a very sore head .

Holmes beach condo

We loved this condo. The large kitchen table was great for my crafts. Bedroom is really big and furniture is great. King mattress is really comfortable. Second bedroom - Our 4 yr old grandson loved the upper bunk bed and the whale lovies. Crib was great for the 18 month grandson. I love the Anna Maria pictures on the walls in the condo. We used the beach wagon and a few of the toys. Only 3 blocks to the beach Pool was clean and warm. Really nice people rent and owners live in the condos. We are renting again month of Feb 2025.

Island Walk

This property is in a secluded and quiet, well maintained condo complex within easy walking distance to the beach, grocery store, drug store and trolley stop and more! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai watching the birds over the mangroves. The pool is amazing! We hope to come again! Thank you!

We had a small issue with the door not locking but the management sent someone right away to fix it. Can't wait to visit again

Perfect Beach Condo

We loved this condo. The layout was perfect for our family of five. My three teenagers shared the second bedroom. We were close enough to the beach that the kids could walk back and forward as they pleased. We had one day that was too windy to go to the beach so we stayed at the pool. Having Publix’s across the street is very convenient.
