The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances and everything you need to cook like a chef. Unwind in private pool surrounded by lounge chairs and lush greenery - perfect for sun-soaked afternoons or quiet evenings under the stars. The Onyx Ranch offers a perfect mix of peace, luxury, and entertainment. Enjoy family gatherings or relax with friends in the expansive outdoor area featuring a sparkling pool, cozy fire pit, kids' play area, pergola, and outdoor grill for al fresco dining. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy basketball, soccer, and table tennis. Just a short drive to Natural Springs Park, the historic Collin County Courthouse, and Downtown McKinney. The property offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and includes two queen air mattresses for extra sleeping space. One King bed in the Master suite, One queen bed in the Guest bedroom and two bunk beds in each of the kid's bedrooms. One of the bunk beds features a queen-size bed and two twin beds, while the second bunk bed comes with a queen-size bed and a full-size bed, so easily 12 guests can accommodate. Guests are not permitted to access the front room/office, which will remain locked at all times. Additionally, all lawn equipment is for the owner's use only.
Other things to note. The property includes a spacious 3-car garage equipped with an EV charging port, built-in speakers, and a heating system for added comfort. Additionally, the backyard features a patio heater (Seasonal) and 2 grills, and the front has fire pit, perfect for enjoying outdoor gatherings during the colder months.

The property is equipped with Surveillance cameras (around the house facing exterior parts one in each direction) and one camera in the Garage for the safety of our guests.

Camera 2: Located on the exterior wall in the back to extreme left overseeing the Pergola and grill area.
Camera 3: Located on the exterior wall on the back side of the house overseeing the barn and fence area behind the house.
Camera 4: Located on the exterior wall in the backyard overseeing the sit out and pool area.
Camera 5: Located on the exterior wall in the right front of the house overseeing the front yard.
Camera 6: Located on top of the garage door pn the exterior wall overseeing the driveway and part of the left yard.
Camera 7: Located on the right exterior wall in the backyard overseeing the kids play area and part of the backyard.
Camera 8: Located on the top of the exterior wall to the right side of the entrance door, overseeing the walkway and front door of the house.
Camera 9: Located inside the garage on the Tesla power walls overseeing the garage and garage entrance.
