The check in is very clunky, has several steps, and requires a review. We did not get the info until just a couple of hours before check in time.That being said, getting into the building was easy. I recommend parking at Phil’s Parking across the street to unload, then straight down the street to the Smithfield-Liberty garage.The apartment is nice. We found it to be clean. It looked just like the picture. Bring extra towels as you are only allotted 1/person. I would stay here again!

The elevators didn't work. the place was a mess. they have some major damage in the lobby. the stairwell was super small. more communication would have been ideal.

Terrible experience. Be warned that the apartment looked nothing like the pictures online. It was very poorly maintained and was not clean. The walls had various stains and marks and it had a musty smell as soon as we walked in. The couch was stained and had what appeared to be cigarette burns on it. The storage under the couch where the extra towels and bed sheets were was also stained and dusty. The handle of the refrigerator was broken off and the kitchen area floor was full of crumbs. In addition, the building's front door was defective and often would not close all the way. This made us feel unsafe as there were always sketchy people sitting or standing at the building entrance. Not to mention the very loud construction occurring at the building across the street.
