Belle maison, idéalement placée

Sébastien est un hôte très accueillant. La maison refaite à neuf avec gout, est spacieuse, conviviale et centrale dans Royan. A quelques mètres du marché et proche du centre ville et de la plage. Tout peut se faire à pied. Une maison où nous retournerons avec plaisir.

Tout est très bien

Maison très agréable à vivre, très propre, lumineuse, bien équipée avec une literie impeccable. La description de l'annonce est tout à fait exact. L'emplacement est idéal par rapport au marché central et aux commerces, pas très loin des plages, surtout à vélo. Sébastien est un hôte agréable qui sait recevoir et qui est très arrangeant.. Nous avons rarement connu aussi bien dans nos nombreuses expériences.

Excellence in Royan

We had a great time staying at Sebastien & Anne’s lovely house. Fantastic location two minutes walk from Marché Central with everything that offers plus a bakery, shop and bar just as close. The house is nicely laid out, comfortable and well equipped ( ice cubes ready to go in the freezer is typical of the thought that has been given)There is a very nice decking area and parking to the rear . Great selection of beaches close by and everything else that Royan has to offer. We’re just working out when we’ll return

Vraiment très agréable

La villa est très agréable, très bien aménagée, très bien située à Royan comme précisé dans l'annonce (centre ville/marché central à deux pas, front de mer, plages de la grande Conche/du Chay à 10 minutes, quartier très calme), et les propriétaires sont très sympatiques
