Located on the 2nd floor of a residence with lift, this spacious and bright apartment with balconies will allow you to forget about the car for the duration of your holidays! It is 2 steps from the port and the beach of Foncillon, 10 minutes walk from the beach of the Grande Conche and the central market, one of the emblematic monuments of the Royan of the 50s. It consists of an entrance, a living area with dining room, an open and well-equipped kitchen; a first and spacious bedroom with a double bed (140x190) as well as a bathroom and a large dressing room, and a second bedroom with two single beds (90x190) make up the sleeping area. A shower room and a separate toilet complete the whole. The living room, like each bedroom, opens onto a large balcony, from which you can admire the view of the Notre-Dame church, which has become a symbol of the seaside town. The apartment has all the comforts, including wi-fi and balcony furniture; smoking is not allowed. Free parking is available on the street or in the public car park near the residence. A large solarium on the 5th and last floor, with a splendid view, is accessible to all.
Linen (sheets, towels and kitchen towels) is not included in the price but can be rented on site by you or provided with an extra charge according to your request.
A cleaning fee of €50 for each rental may be charged if the accommodation is not returned in the condition found on arrival.
