Fully self-contained kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, coffee machine and everything you need for cooking and entertaining.

If the weather is bad, not to worry, as we also have books, board games, smart TVs with Netflix, Prime, Disney+, Apple TV. A multi room Sonos sound system can be streamed from Spotify and Apple AirPlay

Linen and towels:
Linen and towels are supplied for your stay and includes bedding, sheets, quilts and towels.
Please BYO beach towels.

Children:
A portacot and high chair are available to hire via the guest portal if required.

Pets:
Non shedding, trained dogs allowed.
Must clean up after pets to avoid extra charges.
You may be asked for a security deposit hold if you are bringing pets for your stay.

Groups:
This property is suitable for families, couples,small groups, and golferslooking for a quiet relaxing getaway.

Bookings:
Standard check-in: 3pm
Standard check-out: 10am
Accommodation check-in and check-out time can be booked and paid for via the guest portal 48 hours before your stay pending availability.

Pricing:
Base price is for 4 guests and increases $20 per person per total nights booked for your stay plus Airbnb and levy fees.
Please ensure you advise the total guests numbers when you book, you can also adjust your guest numbers by contacting the team prior to your stay.

Bond:
If you do not have an average review of 5 star review there is a bond payment due 2 days before the stay of $600.
If guests are under 21 the bond payment is $1000.
