You're going to be amazed by this large three bedroom villa with several updates and a large deck overlooking the George Fazio Golf Course!
The main floor as you enter consists of one of two primary bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living room.
The kitchen is nicely appointed with updated cabinetry and granite countertops. At the end of the kitchen is a small seating area with a Smart TV, which is nice for anyone wanting to give the cook company! The kitchen will come fully-stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy a home-cooked meal.
The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and living areas and features seating for six with views of the George Fazio Golf Course.
The living room is filled with comfortable furniture and a large Smart TV along with a slider to your private deck.
The first floor bedroom consists of a king bed, Smart TV and a newly updated en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is nicely updated with a granite-topped vanity and a custom-tiled walk-in shower!
Heading upstairs you'll find the remaining two bedrooms. The second bedroom boasts a king bed, Smart TV and a large updated en-suite bathroom. This bathroom is newly updated with quartz-topped vanity, custom-tiled walk-in shower with side step and modern tile flooring.
Across the hall is the third bedroom with two double beds, Smart TV and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is newly updated with a large quartz-topped vanity with two sinks and a custom-tiled tub and shower combination. This bathroom is perfect for families with young children and adults alike.
Outside, your private deck extends the the length of the villa providing near panoramic views of the George Fazio golf course! Several seating options only enhance the experience.
The beach is easily accessed by a short bike ride or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy which is a free seasonal and on-call shuttle service!
