The villa has everything you need for a family vacation: fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances and kitchenware, 2.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a nice living room with 2 sofas and a family room with/dinette, and a sofa bed. Private backyard with table and chairs. There is a pool in the community that guests are welcome to use. Two parking spaces are also available in front of the villa. Work space available.

No AC upstairs

Property manager did respond to the questions we had promptly. The power went out while we were trying to get ready for dinner. It was out for at least 40 minutes and we left with nobody being able to shower. I did contact property manager and she did offer to call if it didnt come back on, but at that point it was too late. There was not a storm, the neighbirs stated it goes out often due to renovations on property. My dad tripped on the front step coming into the property and had a bad fall. 3 other guest also did leaving, due to the step not being properly identified (yellow paint or watch your step sign) There were bugs inside (live spiders and centepedes) and small black hairs (at least 10 counted) on the white bed sheets on king bed near head. There was no AC upstairs so we all slept miserably and sweated the entire night. There was also theft in the neighborhood a few hours after arriving, a neighbor had their bike stolen and police were there. The furniture is extremely small, couches downstairs were very small and low and queen and king beds came up to my shin, very low to ground. Bathrooms were at least clean and had nice upgrades. We were happy we were able to bring our dog, although 200 seemed steep for a pet fee, the host fees alone were $400. The location was about 5 minutes from tanger outlets. We paid 749 for one night for our family, wouldn't stay here in future.

Exactly What We Needed

Very poor condition house

The owner was not flexible on the time, the house was full of roaches. The cabinets was so poor that almost falling apart and the was looking dirty even when it was not

Nice stay

Don’t let the outside of property fool u. Inside was comfortable and efficient. Nice showers. There was a minor problem when we got there and the owner was fast to get someone to take care of it. We would stay again

Trip review

This property was a great location. Close to many things. It was great for our family the kids had their own rooms. There are a few minor things that need repaired in the unit. The master bedroom door sticks and the main upstairs bathroom door does not open all the way as it rubs the floor. The main bathroom could also use a towel bar. The accessories for the beach were great.

Clean, nicely furnished

Comfortable town home with lots of TVs and well equipped kitchen. The TVs in two of the rooms are hung at the ceiling and should be lowered if possible.

Perfect for what we needed

We were there for a comfortable place to stay near our half marathon location and this was exactly that. Great communication from the property manager anytime we had a question. Lots of space and nice place.

Nice stay, I would stay again

The place was overall nice. It was very spacious and provided enough space and amenities for my family and I. My only complaints are that there were a few bugs in the upstairs area in one of the bathrooms and upstairs stairway area. Also, the master bedroom and bathroom smelled a bit like urine. Overall, we would stay again…

Lovely Place To Stay

This property was so nice inside and out. Plentiful bedrooms with comfy beds and linens, everything was clean and we loved it. It was close to everything in a safe area. There is even a Starbucks within walking distance. I loved the decor and all the TV's that had all the streaming channels. Only wish that the ceiling fan light could be turned off with the blades still running. Still, the AC was ice cold and so refreshing from the hot humid weather outside. Definitely would recommend.
