Check-in was difficult as we were never told to press the "Yale" button on the door lock. We tried everything to lock the room up in order to go out & finally had to call host who was unable to help us. I finally found someone at 10:30 p.m. on an 800 number who asked if we had pressed the "Yale" button to lock the door. Finally, we were able to lock the condo door and go out for the evening. No garbage bags were left for us to use for the kitchen or bathrooms.The toilets are very low and difficult to get up from.The "king" bed described in advertisement did not appear to be a king bed. 2 adults did not fit comfortably in the bed, therefore, 1 had to sleep in the 2nd bedroom on a twin bed. The view was beautiful from the balcony. The kitchen was clean and well supplied with all types of equipment. Thankful for the pod coffee machine & modern refrigerator. Living room could use another chair as there was only a small sectional. Dining room table was beautiful. Sheets/blankets adequate for our needs. The pool was not well heated, but we did enjoy the hot tub as the weather was cold while we were there.
